“This hotel appeared just okay for a 4 star boutique hotel. It’s clean but aren’t all the hotels, I mean mostly. Nothing above and beyond. I always opt for a room with kitchenette as I travel with my toddler. I booked a room with a kitchen here too. had to request them to provide me pots and pans and utensils and dishes, basically every single thing that I needed in the kitchen. I was given a box full of pots and pans and dishes and when I opened the box everything was dirty to the extent that there was still oil and gravy in the pans and on the spoons. Someone picked them from a sink and put them in the box, without washing, it seemed! It was literally the grossest thing I had seen a while. This definitely overshadowed my entire stay. So if you are going to use the kitchen, don’t forget to bring your own everything!”

“Stayed here last night and I must say customer service was awesome!!! Valet at check in and check out were very courteous and knowledgeable. Northern at the front desk was so welcoming and greeted us like family. The complimentary cookies and milk in the front lobby between 8-10pm really hit the spot too!!! Northern said he would make our stay a good one and he did just that. The only thing after that great night’s sleep in that comfy bed, we did want to leave.😊”
