“Tivemos nosso casamento na área e tivemos um bloco de hotel neste hotel. No geral, tivemos uma experiência muito positiva.Tracy Vines foi a Gerente de Vendas do Grupo que esteve em contato conosco durante todo o processo. Ela foi extremamente atenciosa e ágil em suas respostas. Eu nunca tive um atendimento ao cliente tão incrível de um hotel. Ela é fantastica.As pessoas com manobrista foram rápidas e educadas, e as pessoas da recepção foram profissionais. Tivemos alguns hóspedes com pequenos problemas com seus quartos. Mas a equipe foi rápida em corrigir isso e pediu desculpas.Meu agora marido e eu recebemos bebidas de cortesia no bar do hotel. Os barmen e garçonetes foram maravilhosos. Tivemos bebidas e comida no restaurante do hotel várias vezes durante a nossa estadia e não ficamos desapontados! Comida, bebidas e serviço foram maravilhosos!
