“After having a rocky start to our trip, by having our car broken into and some belongings stolen within the first 2 hours of being in Houston. The hospitality at this hotel was MAGNIFICENT to say the least. The hotel staff was so accommodating and empathic to our situation and was so genuinely sweet. The Southern Hospitality runs DEEP here. The entire staff is AMAZING!!!
The Rooms are just as nice as the staff, although we didn’t have much of a view from our room, there was a beautiful rooftop pool with a view of the city. The fitness center was also good, it was under renovation during the time of our stay, however I was able to get a few great workout in. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, if I ever come back to Houston.”

“Stayed here last night and I must say customer service was awesome!!! Valet at check in and check out were very courteous and knowledgeable. Northern at the front desk was so welcoming and greeted us like family. The complimentary cookies and milk in the front lobby between 8-10pm really hit the spot too!!! Northern said he would make our stay a good one and he did just that. The only thing after that great night’s sleep in that comfy bed, we did want to leave.😊”
