“This hotel appeared just okay for a 4 star boutique hotel. It’s clean but aren’t all the hotels, I mean mostly. Nothing above and beyond. I always opt for a room with kitchenette as I travel with my toddler. I booked a room with a kitchen here too. had to request them to provide me pots and pans and utensils and dishes, basically every single thing that I needed in the kitchen. I was given a box full of pots and pans and dishes and when I opened the box everything was dirty to the extent that there was still oil and gravy in the pans and on the spoons. Someone picked them from a sink and put them in the box, without washing, it seemed! It was literally the grossest thing I had seen a while. This definitely overshadowed my entire stay. So if you are going to use the kitchen, don’t forget to bring your own everything!”

“Absolutamente amei a minha estadia aqui para a minha primeira visita a Houston. A equipe é muito atenciosa, menção especial ao Northern, Kennedy e ao barman cavalheiro! O hotel está em uma ótima localização, restaurantes e um ótimo café, a uma curta distância a cerca de 1 quarteirão de distância. A limpeza era excelente e o hotel era tranquilo e agradável. Minha parte favorita foi a piscina na cobertura com uma vista incrível da cidade. Definitivamente voltarei.”
