“Nice hotel but missing common amenities that most hotels have. The hotel itself is clean,staff is friendly and accommodating. Interior decorating is aesthetically pleasing. Rooms don’t have microwaves, the fridge is hidden in a cabinet under the tv that you have to open the cabinet to get to the microwave. If you are traveling for business and need to print something out, there is no office room with printer but the staff will let you email them and they can print out for you.”

“I stayed at the Santa Ana - Orange County DoubleTree for one week from August 21 - 26. The location is nice, upscale. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Neither the bathroom sink nor the tub were clogged or slow to drain. I hate it when that happens. I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every morning and one dinner meal. The menus had a variety of items and all the servers were very attentive, friendly and their service was awesome. I travel a lot for work and this was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in.”
