We booked a room here for the Chicago Marathon in October 2022 and were impressed. The location is fantastic and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Our room with a king bed included a coffee maker, mini fridge and hair dryer. Items like shower caps and toiletries are available if requested. Bathroom was spotless. Everything looked exactly like the website pics. There is a breakfast available in a dining area by the main lobby that includes omelettes, oatmeal, waffles, sausages, cereals, and pastries. Pretty good food and coffee overall. Staff was also outstanding! The lobby captains, front desk and room staff were very friendly and helpful. You can request daily room service, but for a two night stay we opted out, and just requested clean towels. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Our room was larger than expected, very clean, and the bathroom was immaculate. Two queen beds were very comfortable and had no trouble at all getting to sleep. Big TV with tons of channels. No room service, which I was surprised, and no information guides on where to order any kind of food. However, in the morning there is a great breakfast ready to be had with a wonderful fun lady who will make waffles for you, topped with yummy syrup if you request. There is a variety of breakfast items to choose from. All in all, not bad! I would go back now that I know there is a great pizza place across the street!!

Great hotel!! Location was perfect for our visit being located on the red train line. Service was fantastic, freindly employees. Rooms were clean and well stocked. No issues with extending our stay an extra night. Valet service was great, Ray offered any recommendations and was very pleasant to chat with. Would stay again and recommend to others.

This hotel stay was a true Hilton experience! The first thing I noticed was that the room was absolutely spotless. There was no hint of dust even anywhere! The breakfast was busy, but the staff were quick to replenish. The front desk staff were absolutely superb and very welcoming. I have never felt so comfortable and satisfied with a stay as I did with this hotel experience. When I return to Chicago again, this will absolutely be my first choice and I can't wait to return. Wonderful job to all of the employees at the hotel.

Great location in the Loop above an existing theater. An older building that was restored into a hotel so it has character. You are within walking distance to many attractions, the River Walk and the lake shore. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Complimentary hot breakfast and the hostess, Ismeta, was the highlight of our stay. She made sure we had enough to eat (waffles), coffee, water, everything we needed and with an exuberance and kindness that you don’t often see. She set the tone for the start of our day. What a great experience!

We stayed two nights, to go to a musical and tour downtown with friends. The room was well appointed, and the bed and bath linens excellent. The price was good and included the solid Hampton Inn breakfast with lots of items and choices. Nice vintage bldg We begged for an early check in when we arrived but they couldn't accomodate, so no shower after the red-eye. And one of the two treadmills in the tiny and sparse fitness room was not working.
