“We booked a room here for the Chicago Marathon in October 2022 and were impressed.
The location is fantastic and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Our room with a king bed included a coffee maker, mini fridge and hair dryer. Items like shower caps and toiletries are available if requested. Bathroom was spotless. Everything looked exactly like the website pics.
There is a breakfast available in a dining area by the main lobby that includes omelettes, oatmeal, waffles, sausages, cereals, and pastries. Pretty good food and coffee overall.
Staff was also outstanding! The lobby captains, front desk and room staff were very friendly and helpful. You can request daily room service, but for a two night stay we opted out, and just requested clean towels.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.”

“We stayed two nights, to go to a musical and tour downtown with friends. The room was well appointed, and the bed and bath linens excellent. The price was good and included the solid Hampton Inn breakfast with lots of items and choices. Nice vintage bldg We begged for an early check in when we arrived but they couldn't accomodate, so no shower after the red-eye. And one of the two treadmills in the tiny and sparse fitness room was not working.”
