“This location is hidden on the north side of the city. The staff were very kind and the room was great. Comfortable bed, clean room, beautiful views. The rooftop deck is a nice touch as well. Valet parking only and hard to find street parking since it's in the middle of Loyola's campus. Very close to the red line to get you to wherever you need to go in the city.”

“Great hotel with great staff and good rooms, but the parking was absolute garbage. The Sheridan street parking was free at night from 10pm to 7am, but then it costs like $2 per hour during the day, and no parking at all is allowed from 7am to 9am. So I wake up at 7 to move my car to the nearby residential parking, and it's all permit only parking in every direction, not normal residential. So the option is like $35 per night to have valet parking, or $20 something per day to walk down the road to a parking garage. There's no parking spaces for diamond members, or free valet for diamond members. The parking is so bad that I checked out the first morning, a week early.”
