“I stayed here for a few days and the staff was super nice and helpful. On the last day, we checked out and paid for parking in their lot. When we went to pack the car up, it was dead. We told the front desk and he said not to worry. When we got back from sightseeing, they had jumped my car and it was ready to go!!”

“Absolutely fantastic place, truly a hidden gem in downtown Chicago. We stayed there for four nights and all the staff were extremely courteous and respectful. The hotel manager was happy to allow us a later checkout and is really a great person. We used the free parking and didn’t have any problems with finding a spot or safety and security during Christmas time. The rooms are truly worthy of a 5 star rating and even room service were very courteous. Will definitely be back!”
