“I haven't even arrived at the hotel yet, and I'm already dissatisfied with how poorly the NH Group manages their bookings. It's impossible to contact the hotel ahead of time with some questions; I always get a call center lady who is in another country and can't even help me with my problems. This is extremely disappointing, as the hotels are currently not even busy and yet are unable to provide excellent customer service.”

“I celebrated my birthday here over the weekend and it was such a great experience! The staff were all so nice and even surprised me with a slice of cake and mini bottle of prosseco and the cutest hand written note! The room was gorgeous and had all these wonderful extra touches! The bartender Varun went above and beyond too to make us feel welcomed and special :)”
