“I haven't even arrived at the hotel yet, and I'm already dissatisfied with how poorly the NH Group manages their bookings. It's impossible to contact the hotel ahead of time with some questions; I always get a call center lady who is in another country and can't even help me with my problems. This is extremely disappointing, as the hotels are currently not even busy and yet are unable to provide excellent customer service.”

“This place is amazing and very accommodating. Mr. Sherif and his staff work very hard to make everyone feel special and are very kid accommodating. The location is also great! You are close to grocery stores, banks, plenty of restaurants and a short 5-10 minute walk from the historic old town as well as a short 15 minute walk to the train station.”
