The room was nice and clean. Friendly service. Coffee in the room. But no water. That's not nice at all. Nothing to drink. Then they deduct like $180 for a normal room although the price on the website is much cheaper. And then deduct a extra $25 when breakfast was supposed to be included. For myself. I will never recommend anyone to go to the holiday Inn Bismarck. It's a complete ripoff. We pay much less in Saudi for much more. Even in South Africa it's better. I thought this is a 1ste world country

Stayed for 2 nights and everything was great. Jillian and staff were so kind. I'm pregnant and uncomfortable and they were accommodating to me. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable.

Rooms were super nice. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Woke up the morning of checkout and receipt had been slipped under the door. Which made checkout fast and easy just a quick stop at the desk and on our way. The had a restaurant which smelled amazing.

Pros: Good color scheme, well put together spaces. Had the pool to myself. No one creeped on me while I was sleeping Cons: It was really hard to get service here. The desk attendants were usually out front smoking. There were faint red mystery stains on the bed skirt and dried white droplets on the couch cushion. There was also a black hair embedded in the hand towel. Kitchen staff were awkward and unfriendly. Hot tub had sediment all over the bottom and dark yellow staining.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for our anniversary, and the staff made it extra special for us! They left a gift and a sweet card for us in the room, and gave us vouchers for free drinks at the restaurant! The room was very spacious and clean. The only thing I have negative to say is I wish the pull out sofa had been made. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves! We would absolutely stay here again!!
