The staff was awesome and very accommodating. They allowed the team to practice a few forms for tournament in the side lobby. The rooms were nice and clean; however one of the hotel room bathrooms was questionable. Honestly, believe that one of the bathrooms weren't serviced. Found items from pervious guests, multiple long strands of hair, bathing/toiletry items, and a couple of tiny beetles having a meeting in the tub.

My sister and I stayed here recently. We have to give this hotel and staff a 5 star rating. Every staff member from cleaners, handyman, kitchen staff and especially the front desk and management went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember. The rooms are spacious and beautifully cleaned. Ours had a kitchenette which was great as we were there for over two weeks. The pool was a must for me as I swim everyday, very well maintained and wonderful temperature. The exercise room was used by my sister on a daily basis. Everywhere was cleaned and sanitised at least twice a day. I felt like everytime I walked downstairs the floor had just been cleaned. Fantastic service! Ohh I forgot to mention the breakfast. Best hot breakfast I've had in a hotel. So much variety and different things everyday. Thank you all so much! WE WILL BE BACK

I had a 1 bedroom suite with a fireplace. It was spacious and very comfortable for the month I was there. First time staying in north dakota and I just fell in love with how sweet the people are. The hotel is close to shopping and several restaurants.

I had a mishap with the reservation I made for my birthday weekend, the representative who I spoke to originally booked the room for the following month. After driving four hours to get here this was not the news I wanted to hear. But Emmanuel at the front desk worked miracles & was able to help me book at another hotel that they paid for. I got to say that the customer service was by far some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I just wanted to make sure that Emmanuel gets all the gold stars for his great service.

This is really a nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and with good appliances and professional and courteous staff. A few things I’ll point out to management, though: 1.) Luggage carts. This place apparently has TWO luggage carts. Please expand this to at least 5, and more ideally 7-8. Seriously, if I come back to this hotel in the future and there are still only 2 luggage carts, I’m downgrading my rating. 2.) Lose the TV in the lobby, or at least the sound. Guests coming in, like myself, do not need to be subjected to whatever someone else chose to put on. I haven’t watched television in about 10 years, personally, nor do I want to, for even a few seconds. 3.) The disinfectants and aromas in the air are excessive, in my opinion. I get it, and this really is a personal preference thing, but maybe consider toning it down. My partner and I brought in air scrubbers to clean the chemicals out of the air, in our room. Props for allowing the climate control systems to but shut off entirely, without modifying the thermostat. This would be problematic in the summer, though, due to the desire for air conditioning. Overall, this is a pretty top notch Residence Inn. We will almost certainly revisit, at some point in the future (we travel full time). Thanks for a good stay.
