“The level of customer service is unmatched. From the minute we arrived we were promptly greeted and given a upgrade to a ocean view suite. While our suite wasn't ready we went and had lunch. Omar from the front desk made a point to find us by the pool and advised us that our room was ready. He also walked us to our room and told us the butler would arrive shortly. Every employee we encountered at the resort was not only pleasant but they were happy and ready to serve us. Our Butler Antonio went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was very attentive and listed to our every need. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Iberostar Grand to all my friends.”

“We got an ocean view suite, the room was amazing, everything was clean and over the top. The food was really good I was not expecting it to be as good as it was. There are a few little things you can nit-pic if you want to. Some of the hallways and elevators have a musty smell, but hey this is the tropics and we are on the ocean. Best part about this place was the Service! 5 stars. These people will make you feel like Kings and Queens. Tipping is not necessary but I suggest at least tipping your butler, and your favorite bar tender. A few bucks might go a long way. All around we where very very impressed!”
