“This hotel is stunning, the design, views and location!
First, staff was incredible. The doormen were super pleasant kind and friendly! The kind interaction makes a difference and one gentlemen seemed to know the residents in the area so it was cool to see how close community the area was. The front desk girl said she was new but incredibly helpful kind and accommodating, she’s doing great! I have a 1 yr old and she likes to scream for whatever reason? So I called the front desk and whoever I spoke to was so kind funny and reassuring. I wanted to make sure no room was nearby to be disturbed and if so to apologize on our behalf but she checked for us and that was a relief. We were out in the perfect room that no one was nearby to not disturb others and our view was stunning.
2. The rooms were great! Spacious, interesting decor and views unmatched! They provided a crib which was super helpful and a lot nicer than the pack and play.
3. The location was by far wonderful! There were other Hyatt locations but I’m so grateful we picked this one. By all the nice shops to go window shopping and the restaurant literally across the street. The hustle and bustle was perfect!!! It’s a great intersection for environment and we loved it!!!”

O tipo de interação faz a diferença e um cavalheiro parecia conhecer os residentes da área, então foi legal ver o quão próxima a comunidade era a área. A recepcionista disse que ela era nova, mas incrivelmente atenciosa e gentil, ela está indo muito bem! Eu tenho uma de 1 ano de idade e ela gosta de gritar por qualquer motivo? Liguei para a recepção e a pessoa com quem falei foi tão gentil, engraçada e reconfortante. Eu queria ter certeza de que nenhum quarto estava por perto para ser perturbado e, se fosse, pedir desculpas em nosso nome, mas ela verificou para nós e isso foi um alívio. Estávamos no quarto perfeito em que ninguém estava por perto para não incomodar os outros e nossa vista era deslumbrante.2. Os quartos eram ótimos! Decoração espaçosa e interessante e vistas incomparáveis! Eles forneceram um berço que foi super útil e muito mais agradável do que embalar e brincar.3. O local era de longe maravilhoso! Havia outros locais do Hyatt, mas estou muito grato por termos escolhido este. Por todas as boas lojas para ir às vitrines e o restaurante literalmente do outro lado da rua.
