CLOSET sized rooms is and Over statement! 3. ‘Bryce’ (sp), an Employee who works the Breakfast bar is nothing short of a DRAMA Queen Runs, acting like He is in some ‘High’ and screams Non-Sense stuff that are Way overly Loud and totally annoying. Over heard Three coupes discussing His immature, Juvenile behavior. 4. Constantly Ran out of Food at The Breakfast bar, at 7:30 am. Two hours short of the cut off at 9:30. Ie No Oatmeal, No eggs, No Omelets, and Pancake machine breaks down faster than a Yogo automobile. 5. Weirdly sized, JUNIOR sized Toilets. Totally Strange! Lack of ADA Toilets, as well. 6. The Hotel or IHG changes the Pricing at this Hotel even while checking in with a Reservation. SKETCHY!Now onto CLOSETED sized room the room. A. Mold around Tub...see pic B. The absolutely MOST Disgusting Bath Tub/Shower Bottom ever seen in a Hotel. See pic C. Remote to Tv had dead battery! D. Heater in room seem to be operating in an ON.. OFF.. On.. Off.. On, mood the entire stay. E. Filters to Heater Intake have Not been cleaned in a VERY Ling time. DISGUSTING, is an UNDERSTATEMENT ❗️ F. Door does NOT close. You must SLAM it Shut upon Entry and Exit. SAFETY ISSUE‼️ G.Door Lick is leaking some type of GUNK. See picture H. NO ROOM for ANY HBA items in the Bathroom. Hello Hotel, put a Vanity in your bathroom and add shelving to the walls! Dah! I. Bathroom light was burnt out when We arrived J. Filthy RefrigeratorFIRE THE GM and Put in place a Manager who requires accountability and Work ethic!Ok nowthe Good... • Housekeeping Employees are Friendky and attentive. Very! Excellent. • Bell Hops Edwin and Kahleill (sp) are Exceptional! Friendly, attentive and Just overall Genuine folks!Bottom Line. The Bad, UnHealthy, immature, disgusting mold, etcetera ... “Worst experience ever. The hotel is close due to COVID. They still send me the confirmation email a few days before my arrival and when i call to claim they even give me a solution. My flight landed at 1 am in the night. When i arrived at 2 am to the door i found out that the hotel was closed. They are still sending me emails about my say, but they didn't care about me when I arrived. I have to run to another hotel. The worst thing was they gave me points from IHG without my consent and the equivalent of an almost 10 dollars gift card. I hope that anyone that see this review knows that the hotel is closed, and if you want an almost gift card from IHG you can do pointless reservations.”
