Simpático mas aquém das expectativas! O WC do hall fica no piso inferior, o que dá apoio à piscina, tendo que se percorrer um labirinto até lá chegar!

Simpático mas aquém da qualificação que publicita. Talvez por estar na Alemanha, os wc não são uma preocupação, foi o primeiro hotel em que estive, que não tem um wc no hall principal. Temos que descer ao piso inferior, percorrer um labirinto até encontrar os wc da piscina. O bar também é muito fraquinho, nem uns amendoins para acompanhar a cerveja! Em Portugal, um hotel 3 estrelas oferece a mesma qualidade!

we had a pleasant stay. our room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was really good. we were quite disappointed that we could only use the small pool for forty-five minutes a day, though, because covid regulations required a booking in advance and every slot was limited to that time frame. furthermore, the location is very convenient when you have your own car, but it's not too great when you have to rely on public transport cause there's only a bus stop. their staff is nice, but the service worth improving. no towels or bathrobes even when we asked for them.

Clean rooms and they don't look too bad, that's all of the good things I can mention. Breakfast are terrible and cheaply made. The worst reception I've ever met an any establishment, not only are they rude, but they also barely speak English. Beds are uncomfortable. I'm happy it wasn't a long stay - still - it should NEVER be a 4star hotel

Since I was running Berlin marathon I was looking for hotel that Ilwill be fairly close to the start line and since I already stayed in Pestana hotel before, I booked it again. In terms of locations and attractions it turned out that it would have been better for me if i booked hotel in Mitte area (which is way cooler and has much nicer options to dine in around) and specifically near Brandenburger. However on the morning of the marathon i used the electric scooter which got me to the start line in 10 minutes. The room was specious, clean and the most quite I’ve ever been to (no noise from the outside (there are a lot of sirens normally in Berlin) and inside (I didn’t hear anyone on my floor). I really appreciated them starting with my room every morning since I took advantage to walk my dog for 30 minutes. I did use the pool and sauna couple of times. I had to book it in advance but except for once it was always available at the time I wanted (the steam room is shut down). It’s a Pet friendly hotel and they charge (I think) 15 euros per night (you don’t get anything for it so I think it’s just for cleaning).

Very nice hotel outside the city center in a quite area, very close to wide green park which have small lake called “ Neuesee”. But some areas in the park is fkk area, means people staying naked under the sun.

Unfortunately the rooms are not clean . We stayed there for three nights , the just change the towels.they don’t mop the floor. The bed is really comfortable. Comparing the price with other hotels , we can find another hotel with same price and better services:/

Nice place and great service. Our room was pretty and clean, but the bed was too hard and no so comfortable. We had great breakfast at the hotel, but we tried the burgers at the restaurant which wasn't that good. The fitness is very small and doesn't have many opportunities. Else we liked the place and the surroundings, and the staffs were so nice and kind.

Hotel 4 estrellas superior se encuentra en el centro del distrito Mitte, en Berlín, junto al parque Tiergarten. Ubicado en frente de las embajadas nórdicas. Las paradas de las principales líneas de autobuses 100 y 200 casi en la puerta del hotel. Moderna habitación en lacados blancos y luces Led, diáfana y espaciosa, con suelo de madera. Baño completo, cuenta con amenities y complementos. Lo mejor la calefacción de suelo radiante en el baño. Las habitaciones doble confort no cuentan con cafetera o Kettle. La carta del restaurante es algo reducida en opciones.

Hotel situado junto al parque de Tiergarden. Las habitaciones son amplías y con un aspecto moderno. Te ponen un hervidor de agua y sobres de café, te, azúcar, leche. El desayuno, continental, muy completo. Muy recomendable

Hotel increible. Muy buena ubicación en zona tranquila, con el bus 200 justo al lado. Pero lo mejor de todo ha sido el trato de todo su personal, todos muy atentos y amables, siempre con una sonrisa para el cliente. Ha sido una experiencia muy bonita. Muchas gracias a todos.
