“Great location... great restaurant. Spent three days and two nights and had no issues. The breakfast buffet is served in the Atrium Cafe. Standard European breakfast. I also ate at the Aigner restaurant, which has a Austrian German centric menu that was great. There are several museums and historic sites that are not far to walk. ...and you have shops and restaurants in the square across the street.”

“Rooms incredibly small. Some of the staff tended to be rude and unhelpful. Evening services including room service extremely limited and not as advertised, nor even really available. Every snack in the minibar contained peanuts 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. Not five star and definitely not what I’d expect from the Sofitel. Avoid - there’s much better places in Berlin.”
