“Very nice place for vacation.
Room were very clean and comfortable. Food was delicious, service was great, pools, entertainment was good. Gardens was clean and keep in good shape. The beach is big and beautiful. It was seaweeds on it and the stuff was working night and day to clean it up .

for making our vacation pleasant and memorable.”

“Arriving at the hotel we were exhausted from our flights. The front desk was was friendly. We upgraded to premium level (don’t do this). We went to book our restaurants with our premium status as well as babysitting at nights nothing was available. We were able to book babysitting and the woman helping us told us to call and confirm the day of. We called 6 times today and still no confirmation. We went down to the front desk and they promised us they would call us regarding helping us get as reservation at one of the restaurants as well as confirming our babysitters. I gave them both my cell and my husbands. No call. Still no reservation. Still no babysitter. I asked if we could get our money back from upgrading to premium since we aren’t able to use any of the benefits it comes with and they said no. Don’t waste your money.
I would not book this hotel. It is not worth it. The buffet is gross, staff nice. The rooms are meh.”
