Clean rooms. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Coffee bar avaliable all around the clock. Comfortable beds. Slept well. Nice showers. Clean maintained pool & hot tub. Convenient location to services & close to freeway(interstate).

Room was way overpriced and a little on the small side. Everything was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The employee that checked us in was nice. I did not have an option to choose what floor our room would be on when we checked in and unbeknownst to us there was a party being held in the conference room that night. Our room was right next to the conference room and from about 8 pm to midnight we had to listen to people playing games, laughing and talking loudly, and hear the children running to and from the pool screaming. There were people being loud in the hallway right outside our room. When I called around 9:30 to ask if we could be moved she said that there were no rooms available. I asked if it was going to quiet down and she said "I hope so, but they have the room until midnight". We could not sleep or relax until they shut down at 12 am! I complained to the manager in the morning and she acted like I shouldn't be complaining because they paid for the room until midnight and she couldnt help me because I booked third party. 170 dollars for a medium sized room and to be kept awake only to be brushed off and basically told to deal with it. I will never stay there again, what a joke.

The staff were wonderful. Friendly and professional. I really enjoyed the spacious and clean room. The Kuerig was a definite bonus. The pool and hot tub were great but so noisy that visiting there was impossible.

Terrible. The hotel says pet friendly, which apparently means come drop your dogs off and leave them unattended for days and nights at a time. Called and asked to be moved away from the dogs and it was a huge ordeal. Then again. Called the manager and the GM told me that I’m wrong and his dogs can be there barking all day. The GM told me I can leave if I want. Clearly the GM and his dogs are the priority here. None of the staff is on the same page about anything. Couldn’t find our reservation. Its a huge blizzard and I’m stuck here on a work trip. And the GM of all people suggest I leave instead of just putting me and my coworkers somewhere without a dog in every surrounding room. It’s not very often when the general manager insults the customer for not being able to sleep because he brings his own pets to use the hotel as a daycare. Absolutely terrible.

I recently at the Sleeplnn Bismarck, ND.I chose this hotel because I have stayed at different SleepInns and always had good experiences. I was extremely disappointed. The room was dirty. You could tell it hadn't been vacuumed. The tv had fingerprints all over it. The desk and tables also didn't appear to have been wiped. The bathroom had hair in the sink, on the counter and the toilet as well. Also, it smelled bad! The walls were even dirty, and the fridge and ice bucket were sticky with something red. The chair had crumbs on it! In the morning I realized it was dirtier than I realized. So bad, in fact, that I chose not to shower. This is unacceptable. I would think that with Covid 19 and the severe flu season, the staff at Sleeplnn would take cleaning more seriously. You cannot charge people to stay in someone else's filth. The front desk worker when I checked in was nice, so that's why gave I star.
