“The room was nice and clean. Friendly service. Coffee in the room. But no water. That's not nice at all. Nothing to drink. Then they deduct like $180 for a normal room although the price on the website is much cheaper. And then deduct a extra $25 when breakfast was supposed to be included. For myself. I will never recommend anyone to go to the holiday Inn Bismarck. It's a complete ripoff. We pay much less in Saudi for much more. Even in South Africa it's better. I thought this is a 1ste world country”

“Stayed for 2 nights and everything was great. Jillian and staff were so kind. I'm pregnant and uncomfortable and they were accommodating to me. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable.”
