“Hard rock is always an awesome place to stay when visiting Universal. The drinks/food was quite pricey, but you almost expect that! Lounging by the pool was one of my favorite things to do this year! Come early grab a chair and relax before heading into the park. For those traveling without children it's nice to have the adults only hot tub. For those traveling with children there's plenty to do. When the DJ is playing he usually does competitions for the kiddos which is fun to watch. Overall great place to stay.”

“Modern, clean rooms with a rock-n-roll aesthetic! Staff were friendly and helpful. Packaged with a visit to Universal, and it is literally a 3-5 minute walk to the gates! Our “plus” room had plenty of space for our family of 4. Great view of the pool area (too cold to hang out there during our visit, but who wants to see a bunch of pasty people anyway 😂). Only real downside was the loooooong walk from the elevators to our room. Could be a challenge during busier times for some guests. Still-the room was perfect as was the location AND Unlimited Express Pass for Universal-a HUGE perk for staying here!”
