Enjoyed our first stay and our club level experience.Loved having breakfast,snacks, and heavy appetizers and beer and wine at our fingertips! Fun pool with a fun slide. The rooms could just use a little update,mostly the bathrooms/showers. We will absolutely go back!

I am always bringing the family up to Orlando, always staying somewhere onsite (Universal). Very happy with how well the customer service at check in was. For the amount of money spent I was not thrilled with a dirty room. Dirt caked on the counters and floors, looked like food particles left on the floor. Very dusty. Shower head falling apart. Worse part was we had ants all over the room. In the bathroom and on the night stand. The day we left I found them all over by the TV. I took a few pics and videos, hopefully someone gets them and gets it taken care of. My next trip I don’t believe I will be staying there. Not worth the amount of money.

Modern, clean rooms with a rock-n-roll aesthetic! Staff were friendly and helpful. Packaged with a visit to Universal, and it is literally a 3-5 minute walk to the gates! Our “plus” room had plenty of space for our family of 4. Great view of the pool area (too cold to hang out there during our visit, but who wants to see a bunch of pasty people anyway 😂). Only real downside was the loooooong walk from the elevators to our room. Could be a challenge during busier times for some guests. Still-the room was perfect as was the location AND Unlimited Express Pass for Universal-a HUGE perk for staying here!

Best Hotel in Orlando hands down. Wish we could have stayed longer. Also the service was above and beyond what we expected. The food at the Palms is by far the top best restaurants in the whole country. The staff was incredible. The location is stunning. We will definitely be back again.

This is my first time staying at the Hard Rock hotel and I have to say I am very impressed. The room that we stayed in was very clean and very comfortable. The mattresses are soft and I slept like a baby my entire stay. The pool area is beautiful and well kept. The staff are excellent. It is a little expensive but is worth the value. My only complaint is that I didn’t stay long enough.

Ponía punto y final en este hotel a nuestro viaje por EEUU. Fue elección acertada: catorce días por este gran país, cogiendo varios aviones, metros, tranvías, muchas calles que recorrer y en fin, estar siempre ojo avizor, agota, merecían una estancia algo más relajada y este hotel, reunía condiciones para ello. Más que nada por su piscina y jardines. Rasgo distintivo del hotel su música ambiental pop/rock, muy bien seleccionada, desde luego hace honor a su nombre. Rock, piscina, zonas ajardinadas con aires tropicales, cama y habitación confortables, buen café, personal muy simpático, profesionaly amable,etc., hicieron muy agradable mis últimos días en EEUU. Incluso hicimos amistad con una estudiante universitaria, empleada eventual, que hablaba muy bien español y, tenía intención de perfeccionarse en España. Muy amable, preparada y cordial. Como el resto de trabajadores y trabajadoras. El Hard Rock Hotel de Orlando, además de ser un buen hotel, habla español.

Hard rock is always an awesome place to stay when visiting Universal. The drinks/food was quite pricey, but you almost expect that! Lounging by the pool was one of my favorite things to do this year! Come early grab a chair and relax before heading into the park. For those traveling without children it's nice to have the adults only hot tub. For those traveling with children there's plenty to do. When the DJ is playing he usually does competitions for the kiddos which is fun to watch. Overall great place to stay.

As much as I wanted to enjoy my stay at the Hard Rock this past weekend, I could not have been more disappointed with my experience. We arrived at the hotel at 9 pm on Thursday after a long flight and 4 hour drive. When we went to check in, we were told our room was not yet ready. We were confused since check-in is supposed to be at 4pm. The front desk did not give us any reason for the delay, and we had to wait until 10 pm until our room was ready. After waiting over an hour, we had to spend an additional 15 minutes finding our room, as we were placed in a room on the first floor (below the lobby), which way out in a dark corner of the hotel and had view of a large bush blocking any sunlight during the day (a "garden view" room). The room had a musty smell and it did not look like anyone had recently entered it, let alone cleaned it. The next day, we got back to our room around 6 pm from the parks ready to relax, and walked in on a housekeeper making personal calls from our room phone about another guest. The room was not clean, and we had to ask for towels several times before getting any. After our third night, we requested late check out at noon instead of 11am. We were told that we could not check out late as the hotel was fully booked (which is understandable if our room was actually ready on time and not six hours later. For close to $500/night, your money would be much better spent at any other hotel at Orlando.

Un hotel 5 Estrellas con un servicio de primera calidad. Su piscina es grande y bellísima. Las habitaciones espaciosas y con unas vistas de ensueño y una limpieza impecable. Su personal atentos ,profesionales nunca tienen un no por respuesta busca la forma de ayudarte y complacerte en todo. Dentro del hotel tienes 2 restaurante con comida exquisita , en la piscina una terraza con bar. Tiene servicio de bote que te lleva directamente al los parques sin tener que caminar. Su ambiente musical su historia lo hacen único y mágico.

Me pareció terrible me esperaba algo lindo por el precio y un hotel más cuidado resuelto que no fue así el cuarto que me dieron tenia mold the extintor que está en el techo todo oxidado guindando del techo la ventana o parrilla del aire acondicionado estaba todo sucia llena de polvo y salía el polvo por todos lados yo les dije que mi hijo es alérgico había mold por afuera del edifico y el sign de hard rock que está en la piscina todo viejo feo como un motel de carretera en serio fatal reporté el asunto y me cambiaron pero ningún manager fue o no me oferecieron nada por los inconvenientes de verdad no debí haber pagado esa noche tan cara para están en un rancho tengo todas las fotos terrible I found what you are looking at the pictures, when I fist booked I was very picky Saying my son is allergic and the gave me the worse room in the resort no manager when to apologize or tell my something in regards I shouldn’t get charge that room at all trust my I was so sad and disappointed I was expecting something amazing I got that 😭😭

Excelente localização, poucos minutos a pé dos parques Universal através de um caminho lindo e muito bem cuidado. Quartos espaçosos. Porém o serviço decepcionou. O atendimento do front desk staff foi mecânico e impaciente. Cobram de US$10 a US$15 por pacote recebido. Estacionamento self park por US$24 a noite. Em 4 noites não repuseram o shampoo e sabonete do nosso banheiro. Restaurante The Kitchen tem bom café da manhã (buffet a US$23 por pessoa), porém menu a la carte decepcionou. Costumava ficar nos hotéis da Disney e provavelmente voltarei neles, o serviço é extremamente superior.

O que dizer de um hotel 5 estrelas? O hotel é maravilhoso! Limpo, confortável, bem decorado. Funcionários solícitos, disponíveis. Além disso, ficar a dez minutos de barco (para uso de hóspedes) dos parques foi sensacional. E, também, dispor do privilégio de "furar a fila" em todos os brinquedos. Maravilhoso! É claro que tudo lá é mais caro (alimentação), mas vimos vários hóspedes entrando com sacolas de supermercado lá também. Então, é uma questão de comodidade. Valeu muito a pena pagar um pouco mais (pelo hotel) para aproveitar melhor os parques.

So this is the Hard Rock and I expect so much from it. We are avid Orlando goers so it's no surprise to pay $500 a night to stay at this place and to get an express pass. However, for that price, I expect so much more. The last time we went, our "upgraded king suite" wasn't even clean all the way. We called. Spoke. They upgraded us to Club Level for our trip last weekend. Let me tell you. Disappointment. The door covering the fridge was hanging off sideways on the hinges. Mirror between beds had some kind of adhesive on it. I found a napkin underneath the pillow. This place needs an upgrade. It also needs better cleaning and for what you pay, not worth it.

Great themed atmosphere (lots of very cool memorabilia) and extremely close proximity to Universal Studios. (Only about a 5-7 minute walk on a beautiful path.) A bit overpriced, in my opinion, based on the rooms, but it is an on property Universal Resort. The hotel staff was very friendly, especially Luggage Service. The wait staff at the pool was awesome and the DJ was excellent. The sit-down restaurants were very pricey, so we got quick service which was delicious. Overall a great place to stay!

Absolutely above and beyond to keep us happy guests. We had a snafoo at lunch but they did above and beyond.It was our first time. They have a customer for life. I used the gym. Great pool activities.Amazing service getting us unloaded out of our cars and safely.

The only nice thing about this hotel is the location! Here is my bad experience with this hotel: First: The hotel was 100% occupied, it took them an hour to get our room “ready”.They were supposed to send us a text message, I never heard back from them till I contacted them again. Second: The room was very small and stinky, it’s definitely not enough for 4 people. The smell was unbelievably bad and dirty, stained carpet, dust everywhere, and dirty walls. Third: found old food in the fridge from the previous people was staying in this room. I took the old food out of the fridge, put a note on the box, and called customer service about it, the funny thing was that they picked up the old food and the new food that we put in the fridge THEY TOOK EVERYTHING and left us that night even without water. They didn’t take the trash or the dirty towels, just the food and the water. Funny right?. Forth: customer service was a nice group of people but all they can say unfortunately there is nothing else we can do. Oh, they did give me $50 credit for the food “thank you” but what they don’t understand is that it's NOT ABOUT THE MONEY!!!! A family who spent around 8-10k for this trip doesn’t care about your $50 credit, all they care about is they get what they paid for and not getting scammed.

Comfortable and spacious room. Good property with plenty of amenities. Food is good at The Kitchen, and drinks were great at The Palm bar, and Velvet bar.Pool area is huge! You’ll do a lot of walking just getting around the property.My one complaint was about the volume of the music at the outdoor bar / pool area at night. Our ground floor room might as well have just been part of the party, because it was bumpin well after 10pm. Maybe I’m just old, or maybe I’m just used to quieter venues.. so I don’t want to make a big deal of it; just something to be aware of.Appreciate all the housekeeping staff wearing masks when servicing rooms.

Let’s be real, the only reason to book here is for the express pass. If you’re not going to universal studios or islands of adventure, there are better hotels.The place seems a bit dated and I don’t think they can charge any higher for the food, although I’m sure they would if they could. The pool area goes only to about 3.5’ deep, so it’s pretty lame if you’re in your 20’s. Paid about $60 for TWO drinks at the pool. Huh?? The room had mold in it, so I’m not sure they clean as well as they should, considering COVID. At least the fitness area is nice…I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth at this hotel. I think they can do better for almost $800 a night after all the fees are included. I will not be coming back.

The Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando was awesome. It was very clean and friendly the food at the hotel was great too. The Beach club was the best as the kids enjoyed the amenities like the water slide and watching a movie. One of the waiters Stacey @ the Beach Club was awesome. She knows what's the best item to get on the menu including drinks and desserts. She always looked out to make sure that we were satisfied with everything while at the Beach Club. This is not an inexpensive resort, but the value is there to make your vacation easier. It's the quickest walk from the hotel to the parks, with a small private entrance that rarely has a line. You'll be thrilled walking back late night after Halloween Horror Nights, not dealing with the long path through City Walk and to the garage. Plus, unlimited Express Pass is included, giving you away to breeze through rides and spend more time relaxing. The grounds and rooms are great, staff is friendly.

The service at the hotel was fantastic. The check-in process was extremely easy and the front staff (Candice) was super nice and helpful. She explained the details concerning our vacation package and the amenities of the hotel. The hotel felt "clean" and had a positive / fun atmosphere from check-in to check-out. The room was ok, nothing exceptional and our view of the pool was cool. It was better than the garden view! The food was reasonably priced (it is expected to be higher than normal) but was good quality and variety. The pool and the slide were a hit with our kids and the food service at the beach club was good. The food at the Kitchen was also good and the staff at both locations were really good. I actually liked the ability to text the hotel staff to request extra towels, water, and other items. They were very active and responded promptly. Excellent service .

We like Hard Rock. We’ve stayed here several times. It is the closest hotel to the parks (a very short walk). There are almost always rickshaws available to get to and from the hotel if you don’t feel like walking. You can take the boat too but it’s much faster to walk and the path comes out right at the entrance to Universal Studios. The boat drops you off at City Walk so it makes sense if that’s where you are going. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Upbeat atmosphere in the lobby with music always playing. Rooms go fast here so making reservations as far in advance as possible is the best way to go. Don’t forget to walk through the Butterfly Garden.

A short walk to the Universal Studios gate. Rooms were in great shape. The check in was a little slow, but that seemed to be due to staff training. The hotel will store luggage for no extra charge, so you can arrive early or check out and go enjoy the parks. The biggest complaint I have has to do with the juggling park tickets, meal plan, and hotel key cards (which double as an express pass). This seems to be more of a Universal Studios problem, but it bears mentioning here. Our group purchased tickets through AAA, so we had a $50 credit. The credit needs to be used at the hotel's guest services desk. My suggestion is to buy some lanyards at the service desk to help you manage all of your tickets.

Awesome hotel. The rooms are designed in a very cool way. It is the closest hotel to the parks, so we stay here every year when we come here for Halloween Horror Nights. Awesome place!

This is a beautiful hotel. My room was spacious including the bathroom. The grounds and pool were immaculately manicured. The proximity to city walk was an added bonus. In about 5 min walk, you would be at the Universal globe. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great Trip!! Kyle and David Beach Club bartenders make the hotel experience AWESOME!! They were so friendly and knew what you wanted when you needed it! The hotel is cool and velvet bar was great and the food at the kitchen is great! The Palm is also a nice place to visit and eat! The super close walk to the parks and city walk were so convenient. We are thinking of making this a yearly trip! And fast past alone makes the price of the room worth every penny! My husband and I came for our honeymoon and we didn’t want to leave!
