“Staff is not at all welcoming except couple of them.Been staying in Radisson across locations in India and abroad and hence booked this in Amritsar but never had such bad experience.Low rating is for the staff attitude and pathetic service in Restaurant and during checkin.No one to manage guest in restaurant - no cutlery available always have to request to the staff and they showing weird expression or arguments...food and juices are kept empty for long timeand no one cares to fill in or ask a customer if they need ..always have to inform the staff and if you are lucky you get it or just keep waiting and then leave the restaurant without having it.Seems staff feels they are doing favor to guest.Not sure how management overlooks this and while in restaurant it was not my experience but many of them were frustrated for something other which was clearly visible. Not only so-called complimentary breakfast service was worst same situation when we went for dinner. if staff cant connect with guest you don't want come back even if property is good enough. Estive hospedado no Radisson em vários locais na Índia e no exterior e, portanto, reservei isso em Amritsar, mas nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim.
