Update: desta vez meu quarto era muito moderno. Quartos 20 e acima estão longe do barulho da vida noturna. Meu chuveiro parecia novo e muito limpo. Eu tinha uma toalha e travesseiros em duas camas, o suficiente para mim. Cafeteira funcionou.A recepção foi muito acolhedora e o quarto era bom. Chuveiro precisava de limpeza e cafeteira estava quebrada, mas eles disseram que iriam acertar quando eu fiz o check-out. O ruído foi o pior problema. A base dos restaurantes do shopping até as 2 da manhã pode mantê-lo acordado. Nenhum aviso de ruído de construção na manhã seguinte. Os clientes gritando nos corredores tarde da noite podiam ser claramente ouvidos. Eu pessoalmente poderia ter usado mais dois travesseiros e uma toalha.

Update: this time my room was very modern. Rooms 20 and up are away from the night life noise. My shower looked new and very clean. I had a wash cloth and pillows on two beds so sufficient for me. Coffee maker worked.The reception was very welcoming and the room was nice. Shower head needed cleaning and coffee maker was broken but they said they would get right on it when I checked out. Noise was the worst problem. Base from the mall restaurants until 2a can keep you awake. No warning of construction noise the next morning. Customers yelling in the halls late at night could clearly be heard. I personally could have used two more pillows and a wash cloth.

Este hotel está localizado na praça comercial Paseo la Fe, tem lojas exclusivas e lugares muito bons para jantar-bar. No meu caso, fiquei no quarto andar e na realidade o barulho desses lugares não me incomodou, como li em outros comentários. O que não gostei no quarto foi a torneira da pia quebrada da maçaneta, foi relatado na recepção três vezes, na primeira vez eles colocaram silicone e obviamente não resistiu, na segunda vez a equipe de manutenção não foi consertá-lo e na terceira vez Eles só colocaram fita de Teflon nele, a estadia durou cinco dias, então ficou muito chato, pois era uma chave muito necessária para usar, até o dia da partida ainda era o mesmo, eles nunca resolveram nós. Mas se houvesse mais estrelas eu daria 10 estrelas para aqueles na cozinha porque eles têm muito boa atenção, tudo é delicioso e menu diferente, pessoalmente eles me consistiram, muito atenciosos especialmente uma garçonete (senhora de cabelo escuro) é a melhor coisa sobre este hotel.

Este hotel está ubicado en la plaza comercial paseo la fe tiene tiendas exclusivas y muy buenos lugares para cena-bar en mi caso me tocó cuarto piso y en realidad no me molestó el ruido de estos lugares como leí en otros comentarios. Lo que si no me gustó en la habitación estaba la llave del lavabo rota de la manija se reportó a recepción en tres ocasiones, la primera le pusieron silicon y obvio no resistió, la segunda vez los de mantenimiento no fueron a repararla y la tercera vez solo le pusieron cinta teflon, la estancia fue de cinco días por lo que se hizo muy fastidioso ya que era una llave muy necesaria para usar, hasta el día de la salida seguía igual nunca nos resolvieron. Pero si hubiera más estrellas le pondría 10 estrellas a los de cocina porque tienen muy buena atención, todo está rico y diferente menu, en lo personal me consistieron, muy atenta en especial una mesera (señora de cabello oscuro) es lo mejor de este hotel.

O ar condicionado não funciona em geral no hotel, e eles não fornecem uma solução, nem ventilador, barulhento, você não descansa, tem música nos bares do shopping. Eles colocaram apenas 1 toalha no banheiro e também velhas e desgastadas. Muito mau serviço.

Localização muito conveniente, dentro de um shopping. A uma curta distância de alguns restaurantes/opções de compras/farmácia. Alguns comentários indicaram barulhento, mas meu quarto ficava no 1º andar e era silencioso. Problemas de encanamento no quarto 125, à noite tentei usar o banheiro e voltei com meias molhadas. Pet friendly foi uma vantagem 🐶🥰.

Ele está localizado em uma praça muito barulhenta. Péssima opção para descansar. Você pode encontrar defeitos nos acabamentos dos quartos, por exemplo: a água estagna no chuveiro devido ao mau nivelamento do piso, na minha primeira estadia não havia tapete de banho, cafeteira, copos ou xícaras, e nem ferro nem passar roupas borda. É importante mencionar que na 2ª estadia a impressão melhorou.

Se encuentra ubicado en una plaza muy ruidosa. Mala opción para descansar. Pueden encontrarse con defectos de acabados en las habitaciones, por ejemplo: el agua se estanca en la ducha por mala nivelación del piso, en mi primera estancia no había tapete de baño, cafetera, vasos ni tazas, y tampoco plancha ni tabla para planchar. Es importante mencionar que en la 2a estancia mejoró la impresión.

Aire acondicionadono sieve en general en el hotel, y no dan solución, ni un ventilador, ruidoso no se descansa, hay música en los bares de centro comercial. Solo ponen 1 toalla en el baño y además vieja y deshilachada.Muy mal servicio.

Definitivamente este es el hotel para llagar a Monterrey ! Very convenient location, inside of a mall. Walking distance to some restaurants/shopping/pharmacy options. A few of reviews indicated noisy but my room was at the 1st floor and it was quiet. Plumbing issues in room 125, at night I tried to use bathroom and I came back with wet socks. Pet friendly was a plus 🐶🥰.

El hotel esta limpio y el servicio es bueno, la ubicación también es buena por que tienes varios lugares para comer a pasos del hotel por que esta dentro de una plaza comercial... por otro lado no es cómodo, las camas están muy duras, lo mismo que las almohadas, hay que considerar que por las noches se escucha el ruido de los bares que están dentro de la misma plaza.

El hotel en general muy cómodo para descansar el personal muy amables y atentos. En el área de comedor⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ El desayuno espectacular muy rico todo los jugos naturales y sin faltar el buen café por la mañana, varias opciones para desayunar y para los que quieren algo un poco más pesado varios guisos para almorzar. Si visitan el hotel no se vallan sin comer algo de allí crean no se arrepentirán 😉

Hallways were always dirty with trash outside the rooms. Breakfast was never ready on time and the food they put on is questionable. Got rotten milk twice and molded fruit. If you get rooms facing the mall expects noises from bars til 2am.

Great hotel! That have an amazing location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. I also enjoyed the complimentsry "Welcome" pastries and beverages in the lobby.

Reservation, made online reservations, agreed to a price but was charged more during check in. Not happy about that. Location, located in Paseo del Fe shopping center. Easy to find a place to eat no matter the time. Provides a safe area to walk around and go shopping if that is what you like. Breakfast option, paid for the breakfast to be included, it was nice to enter the restaurant and order freshly made eggs how you like them, along with fruit, juices and some coffee of course. Had a comfortable stay and did not have to request an Uber to go eat, everything is there. So you pay for convenience, security and comfortable room. Be forewarned that on Friday and Saturday, the restaurants are also bars, so there will be loud music. Overall, would stay there again.

Good location but very forgetful staff. Have to remind them 2 or 3 times over 1 or 2 days to do things like open the fridge, find missing clothes, turn on the heat in the shower (3 nights we had mild water). Late on dry cleaning or flat out not offering it for multiple days. They also have issues with room service being unavailable often this is a problem here since stores close by 9 and restaurants by around 10 or 11. We tried to order coffees, or food multiple times to tell us they dont have it, or have anything really. Overall its a nice area but too many issues.

This place has nice view and was conveniently located because of the mall and restaurants but not staying here again. Hotel room was filthy. Mold in shower, window had someone’s spit on it and they made a heart on the window, floors were filthy and crud was all over the furniture. Told the manager at least 5 times to please come clean the room and they claimed they did but there was still dirt and the window was never cleaned. It was extremely filthy. I wasn’t asking for a deep clean and they couldn’t even get the person’s spit off the window. The nastiest two night there! Never again… I asked for some help so many times politely and they never came to clean. The towels were stained too. Get your money’s worth someone else.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night in August 2021 while in town for a wedding. The room was modern and clean, the service was excellent and, unlike some other hotels during the pandemic, they offered a full breakfast buffet. The only negative is the hotel's failure to fully utilize an excellent patio with beautiful views of the mountains surrounding the city. As it stands now, there are only a few tables and chairs out there. Seems like a great place for an outdoor bar or even a restaurant.

Os quartos são bonitos, mas se fosse pela comida que vendem lá colocaria menos de uma estrela, é um preço alto que não seria inconveniente se fossem ricos e de qualidade ... Mas nem isso, nem mesmo os nachos, são impossíveis de ingerir, comida que não recomendo. E falta muito treinamento de atendimento ao cliente para os funcionários.

Los cuartos están agradables, pero eso sí fuera por la comida que venden ahí pondría menos que una estrella, es un precio alto a lo que no tendría inconveniente si estuvieran ricos y de calidad... Pero ni eso, nisiquiera los nachos, están imposible de ingerir, comida no recomiendo. Y les falta mucha capacitación de atención al cliente a los empleados.

First time staying in this hotel. A lot of restrictions for covid-19.I was staying in 2nd floor with a nice view. The hotel was okay. I stayed in a Junior Suite. You have to pay for parking. I bet when everything is back to normal the hotel will function a 100%. I will give another try in the future. I don't want to review a 100% with details the bad experience since the hotel was re-opening from covid-19. Their Restaurant was NOT open, but you have room service for breakfast and I believe dinner too.. Hotel is located at Paseo la Fe, lots of noises because you have 2 floors open (street mall) full of restaurants and shopping areas ( you only heard it when you go outside,not from my room). NH hotel has their own restaurant but, outside on that floor it has a wide open patio so you can enjoy the views of the mountains,and people at the Plaza. Cesar (receptionist)speaks English and he is very nice guy! They employees are friendly.And again the Hotel just re-open for business and they are following the protocol for covid-19 very serious.Only 1 person can ride the elevator,they wear masks, they check your temperature and spray your 🧳 . Never saw employees following this protocol 24/7!!👏👏👏👏

El hotel cuenta con instalaciones modernas, buena iluminación, es cómodo, tiene cortinas blackout y que bueno porque nuestra habitación tenía el sol casi de frente jsjs, cuenta con todas las amenidades, es limpio y la atención por parte del personal es muy buena. Por fortuna tomamos una promo reservando en la página de NH con late checkout hasta 3 p.m. lo cual fue de mucha ayuda y me gustó también que llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y nos pudieron brindar habitación sin problema.El único detalle es que comparten estacionamiento con la plaza y no tienen un espacio para clientes del hotel, por lo que tuvimos que pagar $65 por día y detalles con boletos de entrada y salida. Es un poco estresante estar buscando estacionamiento en toda la plaza y más si estas cargando con cosas. Elegimos la opción con desayuno y muy rico y variado el buffet. Se los recomiendo también:)😊☕🍳🥓🧀🍽

The hotel is in the area of a shopping mall called Passeo La Fe, in the middle of a open air food course with several restaurants. Good for me who arrived late in the night to eat something with a beer in a cool place. Despite the music outside, the hotel is very quiet inside, with this modern style, bossa nova like music in the lounge, and still cozy.Clean, quiet, polite people, I would recommend this hotel. I only missed a bathrobe and more bottles of water in the room. The windows don't open from inside.

Very nice hotel, well situated in Liverpool complex in La Fe, nice large well-appointed suite on 3rd floor...BUT the noise from bars & clubs in the shopping complex is just RIDICULOUS! It’s all night,every night - the bass rattles the windows. Not the fault of NH, but bring earplugs!! Mar 2020
