“Horrible staff! I was asking for information and they just tell you "over there" and that's all you get. The workers do not seem to want to work and help new people. I was told the wrong information twice! The security guards need to be retrained and informed on what goes on in their own work place! Horribe workers.”

“If you want to get tricked by the bartender, as well as experience issues every single day this is the hotel for you! As we asked in the reception, the safety box was supposed to work, but did not work we got in our room. We then asked to switch the room, and was offered a room on the second floor with no view, which had been paid for. We then went to the reception to change this, in which we were offered a room on the third floor, which also does not have the great view we paid for. We then discovered that the door to the restroom was not working, and asked to get this fixed. After this, we figured out, that the room did not have a refrigerator, that we expected. (This came 5 days later, but is not in the compartment, just standing on the floor)
Their horrible bartender seemed to be very nice and kind and offered us a free drink in the bar. We then went down to the bar and got a drink. We then thought, it was very nice, and wanted to give him tips, whereas his answer was "this won't even cover the cost of the drinks". This is very unprofessional and has made the whole stay at this hotel very unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.
We then wrote a complaint to the hotel, but here 3 weeks later we have received nothing.Very unprofessional.”
