“This place cannot be described as anything less than AMAZING. My two friends and I were already talking about coming back before we even left. We bought the allinclusive package and it was worth every dollar. Facilities were so clean and COVID cautious, which made all of us feel safe. The food was great with so many options (we were all vegetarians on the trip) and every worker was so pleasant and helpful. We spent a lot of time at the rooftop pool and I have to say, I’ve never felt more relaxed. Our waiter, Mario, was the absolute best. He was so attentive and kind. We all wanted to be friends with him at the end. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, I’ve already convinced my coworker :)”

“Sadly, my experience with the spa has been one of in consistency. Incapable staff in the spa and front desk. No English spoken, making it impossible to navigate the hotel and services as well As enjoy the experience No managers are EVER available to resolve issues in the hotel or spa. Very sad :-( UPDATE: after receiving a response from Reef I sent an email, as retested. As usual for this establishment, NO RESPONSE! It was just for show! Your enjoyment of this property matters not. Only your money!”
