“Good location. most staff very friendly and helpful. Good food for a relatively reasonable price. Front desk understaffed and the least friendly/helpful of the staff. Temperature in both the bar and restaurant WAY too hot. Drinks overpriced. Registered guests should not have to pay for wifi in their rooms. Parking charge was ridiculous.”

“This is a great location for visiting the north side of Chicago. There is easy access to the Lakeside Trail just north of the hotel. The staff are welcoming and helpful. This is an exceptional and well run hotel.”
