This may just be the best hotel in the world - seriously. The "pink palace" is beautiful inside and out, rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the location is spectacular. We were able to walk out to the Falls in the morning to see the sunrise and were the only ones there! The pool, spa, restaurants, and bars are all five-star, as expected. But what sets this hotel apart (besides the incredible proximity to the Falls) is the service. Everyone was so attentive and thoughtful. Our stay here was truly seamless - my only regret is not booking a longer stay!

I stayed with my husband and children aged 7 and 10 for 2 nights and 3 days. It was comfortable and enjoyable. There was a brief problem with the room (but it was an important one), but the manager solved the problem quickly and accurately. He also showed the sincerity as a sign of apology. I am satisfied with the atmosphere of the traditional room and the clean facilities. It was amazing that there was a free program to take care of children and play with them, and I was grateful to Luna for allowing them to have a fun experience. For my family, who pursues a low-salt diet as a healthy diet, it was regrettable that the dinner buffet at the hotel was somewhat salty and sweet.

Incredible location/property! It was a magical stay from start to finish. Their food is excellent, make dinner reservations in advance at Itaipu (their restaurant). The app as super helpful for ordering room service and requesting late check out. I loved my river stone massage at the spa. The laundry service was great also. You can organize all your activities through the concierge, highly recommend the boat tour and helicopter ride. The shuttle is very punctual every 20 minutes to get in and out of the park. You have a perfect sunset view out the front door but keep in mind you need to reserve the tower in advance.

Lugar fantástico. Uma equipe fora de série. Atendimento muito acima da média.Um lugar onde você acaba conhecendo todo mundo pelo nome. Leonardo da supervisão, Melissa, chefe Cleiton (comida fora de séria), chefe Edna (melhor sobremesa que ja comi), Melissa, Julia, Igor, Batata… e até injusto citar nomes porque todos ele vão fazer você se sentir em casa.A melhor experiência em hotelaria que ja tive. Se está em dúvida, não fique mais. Reserve.

O hotel é lindo, mas infelizmente dispensa tratamento diferente para brasileiros e estrangeiros. Fui informada ao chegar de que a van da entrada era rigorosamente pontual. Ontem, ao voltar exausta de um passeio, quando já estava na van a caminho do hotel, o motorista voltou para pegar franceses. Detalhe: a informação passada aos franceses era de que a van dava 5‘ de tolerância. Síndrome de vira-lata. Não volto e não recomendo (isso além de terem perdido minha reserva; uma outra hóspede ter entrado no meu quarto enquanto eu estava no banho). Enfim. Quando eu cheguei, um funcionário fez questão de me dizer que a rede pertencia ao grupo @lvmh, conhecido por marcas de luxo em vários segmentos. O luxo do cuidado parece mais voltado aos hóspedes estrangeiros mesmo.

Café da manhã no Belmond... Sensacional, tem espumante no café, a vista é linda, tem muitos pássaros e muitas e deliciosas opções de alimentos, fora o espetáculo do Hotel! Comprei o ingresso pela Loumar turismo. O Hotel das Cataratas é 5 estrelas e fica localizado dentro do parque nacional do Iguaçu. O café da manhã é a partir das 7:00h e o parque só abre às 9:00 para os visitantes, ou seja, após o café o parque é só seu hahaha, por isso sugiro fazer no mesmo dia das cataratas.

Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar donde alojarse para disfrutar de Iguazú. A partir de las 5 pm cierran el parque pero a los que se alojan en el hotel les dejan quedarse. Una experiencia inolvidable

It has to be one of the best hotels in the world. The exclusive access to top views of Iguazu falls outside of tourist hours is the best advantage.The hotel has elegance, comfort and immersive beauty within the national park. The food is great, especially the fine dining option and buffet dinner with delectable grilled meats.Special thank you to Leonardo who went above and beyond for a time sensitive request of ours!

What a great experience!!! No wonder it was rated from Forbes as one of the finest hotels in 2022. Really a very beautiful and special place. The location is wonderful, close to the falls with spectacular sunsets. You have the possibility to walk the trails prior or after the opening times of the national park. The hotel experience is wonderful. Our junior suite was huge, the room service very good. Breakfast and dinner great. Really nothing to complain. Complimentary drinking water at the pool! Lovely bar. The variety of different chacaca is awesome. You need to try! Thanks again for that great stay!

For me this was a once in a lifetime stay. The only hotel inside enormous Iguazu Falls National park. It has civilized class from years gone by, outstanding staff always ready to go the extra mile, some simple artwork, nice robes, linens and towels. An excellent breakfast, piano bar, snooker table and lounges. In short, it's a place to relax in style. And then visit the park at any time of day or night. That's right at 10 pm with a full moon you get a rainbow which can be captured on some cameras or smartphones. In the morning at sunrise another beautiful view. Buses take you to the park entrance, and you can return free of charge because you are a guest at this fine hotel.

Fabulous stay! Ricardo at the front desk was so helpful. Octavio at the restaurant was kind and personable! This hotel has phenomenal customer service. The hotel grants you private access to Iguazu falls before it opens up to the public in the morning. We basically walked the entire property without any other tourists. Airport transfer was seamless. Beautiful property! Thank you Hotel das Cataratas!! Will definitely come back!!

Refém, é como me sinto nesse momento na suíte desse hotel de onde escrevo. A beleza natural das cataratas é incrível. O imovel e o atendimento das pessoas da região são fantásticos.Mas tenham cuidado. O hotel se beneficia de sua localização impar para o acesso à trilha das cataratas, cujo acesso fica liberado exclusivamente para seus hóspedes nos horários de fechamento do parque. Mas a dependencia do hóspede é muito grande por causa dos serviços de transporte. Tudo é longe. Ou se espera pela Van do hotel a cada 20 mn (ou 40 mn a noite) para o trajeto até o portão do parque aonde poderá encontrar o taxi / veículo contratado ou se contrata o serviço de sedan do hotel vendido ao dobro do preço do serviço dos táxis e operadores locais que são proibidos de entrar no parque e de irem até o hotel, criando assim uma concorrência desleal entre o operador de transporte do hotel e seus concorrentes da região e comsequentemente explorando os hóspedes. Tudo camuflado sob uma hipocrita desculpa de proteção ambiental, como se os veiculos do operador do hotel são menos agressivos ao parque que os veiculos dos outros operadores da região.E por nos encontrarmos num local totalmente isolado, ficamos totalmente dependentes dos serviços do hotel, que apesar de serem de qualidade satisfatoria, tem valores cobrados um tanto exagerados. A refeição no restaurante mais barato, um buffet self service, bonzinho, sem bebida, está 200 R$ por pessoa.E o pior, em caso de problema, a resposta será "sinto muito", como aconteceu comigo, que tinha direito a uma massagem no meu pacote e agendei o horario com 2 dias de antecedencia, para o fim do dia na vespera de meu checkout, mas simplesmente pediram desculpa e cancelaram meu agendamento, me interfonando na vespera as 21 hs, e ofereceram remarcar no meio da tarde quando nos hóspedes estamos fazendo outra atividade em algum local bastante distante, ou, depois de insistir, acham um horário intermediário mas somente para metade do período que tem direito. E se não gostar: "sinto muito"...Em resumo vale a pena ficar uma noite aqui para conhecer o belo predio, a luxuosa suite e se beneficiar ao acesso particular irrestrito a trilha do parque estadual, mas não mais que isso, a não ser que não se incomode em ser explorado com este tipo de coisas mesquinhas apesar do valor bastante elevado que já pagará na diária. Muito triste que a ganância impessa de fazer deste um local realmente incrível, indo totalmente no sentido contrario do conceito de desenvolvimento sustentado que deveria ser a missão deste local.PS. A resposta do proprietário ilustra bem os "sinto muito" e os graves problemas de comunicação, no mínimo de comunicação... Não recebi nem estou sabendo de convite nenhum para jantar. Eu que cancelei a minha reserva para o jantar no restaurante gastronômico previsto para depois do SPA, quando soube que a reserva do SPA havia sido cancelada unilateralmente e nossa programação tinha ido "Cataratas abaixo". Por outro lado era fácil saber que os valores seriam elevados, o que não me importa pagar, mas bem difícil acreditar que o serviço estaria a altura. E quanto ao transporte nãodeveria ser tão difícil criar uma concorrência, respeitando as regras e licenças devidas (que por sinal são muito bem respeitadas com uso de GPS para monitorar velocidade). Mas aparentemente não existe muito interesse, existe apenas uma opção monopolista, umque obriga o hospede a pagar o dobro do preço ou usar uma Van e ficar esperando 20 mn.... Uma pena que um lugar tão maravilhoso erre em coisas tão básicas...

Jantei no restaurante da piscina, boa gastronomia, a carne veio quase crua na minha mesa e tivemos que pedir para repassar, mas apesar de ser um hotel de alto nível, pagar R$32,00 por um mini bule de chá é caro até para este local, mas posso estar equivocado porque para quem pode estar hospedado nele a percepção de valores pode ser diferente, no geral não gostei muito do prato que pedi. Agora falando em estrutura do hotel, ele é lindo, maravilhoso!

Estivemos no Hotel para fazer a experiência gastronômica do Gazebo. A comida estava gostosa, os ingredientes são de qualidade e o menu criativo. O atendimento foi simpático e receptivo. Porém a experiência deixou a desejar no quesito organização e detalhes. Nossos nomes não estavam na recepção do parque, o welcome drink chegou junto com o primeiro prato, não nos serviram os petit four, ou seja,foi um experiência muito legal, exclusiva que deixou a desejar nos detalhes e cuidado com o cliente.

WOW...Just. WOW! My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was incredible! We have stayed at several hotels all around the world and this is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at! We are literally dreaming of the day that we can come back! From all of the personal touches inside of our room to the incredible personal experiences you get at the waterfall, this place is simply amazing. They anticipate your every need at every second of your stay! The breakfast was incredible! The dinner we had at the hotel was one of the best meals I have ever had. This hotel is worth every dollar spent! It is pure relaxation and luxury. You will not find any other hotel like this anywhere in the world. Special shoutout to Jonathan who greeted us at the entrance and made sure our stay nothing but perfect right from the start. I wish I would have stayed here for longer. You need at least 3 or 4 days at this hotel to feel like you have soaked it all up! We will be back very shortly!

You get what you pay for. Private access to your the park at all hours of the day. You get to experience great sunrises and sunsets. Sunset walks are a must. Also a must is to take the boat into the waterfalls. A great experience all around. I would stay here every time I visit. Friendly staff, great service and a lot of food choices

Great location for our honeymoon! The staff were all friendly and had great attention to detail, adding a lot of personalized touches. The room was very comfortable and we loved the food options onsite. My husband is from the area and said the hotel was worth it for the early morning tour alone, which was before the park opened to the public. Francisco was one of the best tour guides we've ever had, both for the morning falls tour from the hotel and for a day trip to the Argentina side of the falls, which we would highly recommend. The hotel took care of all the details and it was an amazing experience, very convenient. The location is far from the rest of the city, so as long as you're aware of that it's perfect.

Ubicación inmejorable dentro del parque, lo que te permite visitar las cataratas después de que se van todos los turistas. El acceso exclusivo al parque no tiene precio! El hotel en si es muy lindo, de estilo colonial, un edificio con historia. La piscina es un placer aparte, un paraíso, rodeada de bosque, las aves se posan a tu lado, una familia de coatíes pasea todas las tardes por los jardines, recomiendo el vino rose y el espumante Das Cataratas para una tarde de piscina y a las 17:00 recorrer las cataratas hasta el atardecer. Otro highlight de nuestra estadía fue el pic-nic en el jardín al frente del hotel con vista a las cataratas, sumamente recomendable. Y por último, pero no menos, el excelente trato de todo el personal del hotel. Quiero recalcar la calidad humana y el profesionalismo de Ricardo Bexiga, manager del hotel, quien se preocupó de que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. Siempre es un placer hospedarse en un hotel Belmond, está no fue la excepción.

Excelente ubicación. Permite muchas horas de exclusividad en las cataratas, sin tanto turistas. Muy buen menú, instalaciones agradables, buen servicio yamabilidad. La panorámica a las catataras desde la habitación, no agrega mayor valor vrs el costo que tienen. Faltan servicios para desplazarse dentro del parque, bicicletas, cuatrimotos, etc. Muy incomodo que no tengan servicio de guarda equipajes.
