“Great service from start to finish. Good quality rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was both varied and plentiful. The staff members that looked after me were just superb. Everyone was very helpful, particularly the front of house. They went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is convenient to get to many areas throughout Leipzig. I recommend this hotel.”

“La ubicación es excelente, justo en el borde del centro de la ciudad. La habitación era genial, bien diseñada, espaciosa y con muchas comodidades. Baño grande y muy agradable, con bañera Y ducha. Desayuno muy bueno, incluso excepcional diría yo. Personal: bien, algunos realmente buenos, algunos simplemente bien. La conexión a Internet es buena y estable, aunque podría ser más rápida. Excelente aislamiento acústico, tanto en el interior como en el exterior. La limpieza en nuestra habitación era algo deficiente, un día los vasos se dejaron sucios, el otro día no se pasó la aspiradora como se ve en la evidencia en el piso. En el baño, encima de la bañera, había botellas de jabón líquido y champú, colocadas tan alto que era imposible alcanzarlas. Las instalaciones de café y té estaban en la habitación, pero no había leche y solo té negro disponible. Durante el proceso de pago tomó mucho tiempo, tenemos a alguien realmente inexperto con las facturas.”
