“Location is excellent, just on the edge of the city centre. Room was great, well designed, spacious and with many amenities. Large, very pleasant bathroom, with bath AND shower. Breakfast very good, even exceptional I would say. Staff - OK, some really good, some just OK. Internet connection good and stable, could be faster though. Excellent sound isolation, both inside and outside.
Cleaning in our room was somewhat lacking, one day the glasses were left dirty, the other day there was no vacuuming as seen by evidence on the floor. In the bathroom, above the bath, there were liquid soap and shampoo bottles, mounted so high it was impossible to reach them.
Coffee and tea facilities were in the room, but no milk and only black tea available. During checkout it took very long, we've got someone really inexperienced with invoices.”
