“Stayed at Four Points a total of 3 nights during our trip to Auckland. Clean rooms, great location and amazing staff. We had just arrived after almost 30 hours of travel from the US, and were greeted by Harry, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and started taking care of us as soon as we drove up to the property. While we checked in, he took all the bags out of the rental car we had and parked it for us, then helped us carry it up to our rooms, which we appreciate so much given how exhausted we were.
Only thing I would point out is that the rooms are on the smaller side, which makes sense for a hotel in the city. We were in a basic King room the first night, and received a Bonvoy Elite Member upgrade to a Premium King the other two nights.”

“Great rooms, service and meals. Breakfast was consistently one of the best I have had. Bed was very comfortable and I actually used the bath tub which is rare for me. Now I want the same at home. Staff were excellent and very friendly. I will be coming back here for sure”
