“Rooms were clean, standard. Buffet breakfast - good if you like continental but the cooked food was stone cold. Mushrooms desperately need a creamy sauce. Staff appear disinterested.”

“Room was a little smaller than expected, as was the bathroom - compact like on a cruise ship! Could hear banging of doors and people talking in the halls which was a shame.
Bed was lovely and firm and curtain/blind was great for black out.
Ordered a taxi through reception. However when we went down, there was no taxi and we had to wait another 15 minutes for the company to be called which meant we were late for our booking.
Checkout was relatively quick and easy.”
