“O hotel correspondeu ou superou minhas expectativas. Todas as demandas de minha parte tiverem plenas e prontas respostas. Escolhi o hotel em parte por ter restaurante proprio e room service 24 horas. Ambos foram excelentes com otimos custos beneficios, considerando a excelencia da alimentacão.”

“Currently closed!
I had a reservation made months in advance for tomorrow, but Sofitel made no efforts to contact me regarding their closure. I only found out because I called the hotel the day before my trip to confirm.
Even if the closure was due to the flooding disaster (which it was not, based on other reviews), good practice is to still contact your customers and refund them. As it stands, I only got an answering machine when I called, and had to contact the third-party booking site (who had also not been informed of the closure) to get my refund.
The hotel looks nice but I would not recommend it with this kind of customer service.”
