Hotel limpo e com boa localização para turistas que querem se focar nos pontos turísticos da parte do pier. Perto do bonde, ônibus e farmácia. Cheguei de madrugada e cansada, a recepção foi super rápida para fazer o check-in. As pessoas do front desk são atenciosas, me avisaram prontamente quando chegou o meu pacote que eu havia pedido delivery pela Internet. Me senti muito segura neste hotel, pois você só consegue subir de elevador para os quartos colocando o cartão do hotel no elevador...ou seja.... só entra quem é hóspede. O único ponto negativo: o isolamento acústico é fraco e se há barulho nos outros quartos ou corredor você vai escutar tudo. Com certeza voltaria a esse hotel.

Banheiro estava sujo. Chegamos após as 00:00 e fizeram minha esposa levar as malar enquanto eu estacionava o carro, ainda pediram para que eu levasse o carrinho de bagagem de volta.....

El hotel es limpio, bien ubicado! Las habitaciones son lindas pero no tiene buena vista. Están remodelando y los ruidos te despiertan muy temprano. Te cobran un depósito de $100 diarios!! Que te devuelven al irte del hotel luego de serciorarse que la habitación esté en buen estado! Así que debes tener en cuenta ese presupuesto. No fue terrible la experiencia, pero no volvería a quedarme. Buscaría una mejor opción

I am very happy with this hotel. Location is great, close to bus or cable car. Restaurants and bars are all around. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Hotel is now during remodeling but that did not bother us at all. All staff members were nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Service was amazing! Big clean room, decorations were awesome! Loved everything about our stay. Just a small walk to the wharf great location to really do anything just on foot the trolly is right across the street if you want to hop on and take a ride. There is a place right around the corner to rent bikes. All around great hotel!

Apparently the hotel is currently undergoing some renovations. We booked thinking they had a pool, restaurant and bar however they had none of these. The service was great and the room was on a quiet floor but if left us wanting just a little bit more. Valet one day was a nightmare as the hotel right across the street was also doing some work and blocked the area. Waited 20 minutes before having to ask the front desk where our car was. Overall it's a great location but don't visit during renovations.

First time in San Francisco. This hotel is so close to everything. Great location. I requested a hotel with breakfast. Their restaurant is closed for remodeling. I was not told this. And did not budget for another $40 a day for breakfast. First night slept great. Got up took my shower, started walking out the bathroom door. There was a 4 inch cockroach above the door. I almost had a stroke. We do not have bugs that big in Colorado. Called down to front desk. They said they would send someone up. But never showed. I got dressed and left the room as fast as possible. They did move us to another room. But the bed was so horrible I filled a hole in the bed under my back with a pillow. That was how deep it was. Never slept again constantly looking for huge bugs. Stay somewhere else. Unless you like horrible beds and bugs big enough to saddle and ride.

This hotel is undergoing renovation (or new development?) in parts but the parts that are ready are quite good. They don't have a restaurant or a bar, but that was not a problem for us because there were so many good options nearby. They have a modern and quirky decor going on in the rooms and passages, which goes quite well with the city's vibe. The location of the hotel is quite nice - just couple of blocks away from landmarks like Pier 39, Alcatraz Landing, Crooked Street, Ghirardelli Square, etc. Our room was quite spacious and it had everything we wanted. The queen beds were comfortable and all of us had good sleep. Everything, including the shower and toilet, was clean and well-maintained. Service was okay-ish - they were helpful but not very talkative or smiling. Overall, a decent bang for the buck.

If you want a nice Hotel this is not it. You pay the price of a nice luxury hotel like it states online. but you will be in for a rude awakening when you get there. Rude staff no food loud noise hidden parking fees 50 a night. If you want a nice hotel in sanfranciso this is not it.

Swapping our downtown digs for something closer to the sea, Pier2620 was a welcomed fresh start. Checking in for a long weekend, we loved this hotel. The rooms are great, lots of space and even some room for a lounge, which is always a nice treat. The shower is also amazing, and stand out. What we were not aware of and were not informed at the time of booking, is this hotel is undergoing a renovation, limiting access to restrooms. Which was a challenge for me as we had an evening flight. Views to the courtyard are also a bit of a stretch. There is currently a cemented area with some lamps in the centre. A suggestion for their ongoing renovations, would be to update the room keys, lift access and safe options. The current system is outdated and not in keeping with hotels of today and the appetite of their customer. Staff are lovely and I imagine under pressure given the operational restraints. They were very attentive and friendly.

Fresh remodel, modern designs in the rooms. But rooms are dim and you have to go around to turn on 6 different lights for maximum light, which still isn't enough. Beds are comfortable and the details were nicely done.

Be sure to look at the photos to make sure you are comfortable with this type of decor in the rooms. Be aware there is NO RESTAURANT in the hotel, therefore no room service. They do serve a buffet breakfast every morning which is excellent.If you have tasks that require anything more than a dim light in the room you won't be happy. Only one place to plug anything in and it's in the wall by the desk. Couch was comfortable but no light near it.No night stand lights - only one long light fixture above the head board. I couldn't read in bed without the light keeping my husband awake. All of these issues were designed by someone who didn't allow for different needs of their guests.Staff was excellent, courteous and helpful. No we won't be staying there again.

LOVE the industrial room decor and comfy bed! Very convenient location where you can walk or trolley to nearly everything. Nice hotel staff. The fifth star was withheld because the parking fees are steep; $50 self park, $58 for valet daily. And there is also a $30-35 daily resort fee, which I have yet to see/benefit from any resort type amenities. So when paying just over $400 for the room per night + parking + resort fee......a nicely decorated room just doesn't hold that sort of value in my book.

Our room was far from the elevator but it was clean, modern and quiet.The location of the hotel was great for us out of town tourists.The breakfast was the same each day but good.Had 2 different type of eggs, sausage, bacon (really good), oatmeal and assortment of bagels and toast along with a nice variety of fresh fruit.The parking garage was conveniently located in the building so we didn't need to valet.The staff were very friendly.
