“The location of this hotel is great. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. A lot of great places are at a walking distance, if not you can catch the metro from the station across the road. The staff is very helpful I have always enjoyed my stay at this property.”

“One of the worst hotels we've ever had.
Firstly, when you enter the lobby, there's 3 or 4 security men, who's seemingly only job, is to intimidate you. Why are they there ? Why are there so many ? My family and I did not feel protected, but intimidated. Secondly, we went to order a cup of tea, and they wanted to charge OVER 8 DOLLARS. For a cup of tea... That's hot water and a tea bag. Greedy management. Thirdly, the house keeping seemed to do whatever they wanted. After the room was 'cleaned,' we'd come back to see they hadn't given us more toilet paper, or that they'd forgot to give us hand soap, or they would leave all the trash cans full. We had several experiences like this here. Le Meridian Etoile is only there to make money. You'd enjoy your trip much more in a hotel where money doesn't come first. I'd rather spend more on the room, and then be treated like a human, and not like a wallet.”
