“Worst hotel for a Homewood Suites brand. Badly needs a rehaul of all furniture, furnishings, bathtub, linen, etc. NOT exaggerating. Front desk staff is mostly RUDE. Breakfast is always 15 mins late and closes 30 mins early. The guy stops placing empty plates half an hr early. Insufficient food. usually fruit, yogurt and waffles are out of stock. Very rude indeed. Shameful and disappointing.”

“Old and tired room with a very poor breakfast offering. But the reason I’m giving only 1 star is the attitude of the lady attending the breakfast room. Because the offering was so poor in terms of selection and quality I wanted to take a picture for my review and at the same time put back my plate in the dirty dishes box; therefore I had my plate when I approached the table. She thought I’m about to get some food and yelled from the other “sir you need a clean plate”; yes sure but how about you wear some gloves when handling the food. I saw her touching multiple dirty areas and then food.”
