“Hotel histórico chique. Não fiquei impressionado com o serviço. Quarto e banheiro pequeno. Não forneça café ou outras comodidades que você espera da rede Hilton. Os quartos não são limpos. Desatualizado. Sugiro morar em outro Hilton. Ficamos 3 dias por causa de uma reunião de grupo para uma cerimônia especial. Reclamou, nenhuma ação foi tomada. A gerência não responde à sua reclamação.”
