“Reserved a block of rooms for a wedding and arranged a shuttle with the hotel to/from the wedding venue for the guests. Had email confirmation of pickup times for the shuttle. Day of wedding, guests called me to inform me the hotel had no record of shuttle being reserved! After many calls with the hotel and the person I dealt with for the bookings, the person told me they forgot to tell me they had canceled my shuttle reservation. This was at 4:45pm on the wedding day ( pick up time was scheduled for 4:15). This left hotel guests confused and then having to drive and be late for the start. This was not something I should have had to deal with an hour before my daughter’s wedding. Hotel might have been great (I did not stay there) but I wouldn’t recommend for events where you want their shuttle for transportation.”

“Desastre completo. Apareça para descobrir que o quarto não tinha um sofá-cama dobrável como PROMETIDO. na nossa chegada às 3 da manhã, a solução deles para o estrago foi um colchão de ar. Mesmo?? Pagando mais de $ 400 por noite, e eles me dão um colchão de ar?? Foi tão alto e desconfortável... Eu dormi no chão.”
