Disappointed by the reputation this hotel has and the money it cost to stay here. The blinds did not close all the way and my room was facing a parking garage with bright lights. It was difficult to get the room dark enough for a better nights rest. When I was about to take a shower it had a large amount of hair that was not picked up completely… gross. The hotel bar was closed on a Friday night at 5pm from what I would guess, not enough staff. Hard to plan other dinning accommodations when you have an early departure the next day. A pro would be the staff was friendly. Would I stay here again? Not for 200$/night with a dirty room and no advertised accommodations that you book for. Not worth it and pretty upset.

Hotel was in a good location..close to the Green Hill's mall and not far from restaurants and etc. Room was clean and hotel was nice. I called prior to booking my stay to see if the outdoor pool was heated since it was the beginning of October and my little one wanted to swim. The person I talked to told me the pool was heated, however when we went to swim, the pool was not heated and the pool didn't seem to be functioning properly. The hotel bar/restaurant was also not open which is was very disappointing as this was advertised on their website. I was also charged twice for my room. Overall, it was an okay stay but I will probably go with a different hotel next time.

This particular location is very convenient and also a hidden gem, I had to ride around twice because I missed it at first lol. The parking is nice the aesthetics of the hotel is nice and my room was nice and comfy. I really can't speak on the amenities because I didn't utilize them, but I do know that I rested well. I hope to visit with you all soon!

This is a hidden little gem. Courtney was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. There were a couple of minor problems but Courtney worked with Mark and they both took care of the issues. The entire staff was accommodating and friendly. It is within walking distance of Green Hills Mall which has several choices of restaurants. Starbucks is at the mall along with a movie theatre. The outside patio has an adorable water fountain and a brick fire pit. The fitness room was open 24 hours and it had everything I needed. The pool on the roof top was absolutely relaxing an a romantic space for a bottle of wine in the evening. The bistro was quaint and offered drinks and a small but delicious menu. Overall I do think that Marriott needs to address some “wear and tear” issues but they did not affect our stay. The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, there were plenty of linens. It was parents weekend at our daughters college and when we arrived to pick her up she was sick. Vanderbilt Walk In Clinic was around the corner along with Walgreens. This was a perfect stay for her to relax, unwind and heal just in time for classes on Monday. Also, the lobby area and the rooftop areas provided space for my husband to work. We will be back next month to visit our daughter and stay at this little gem! Thanks again to Courtney and Mark!

There are not enough stars to relate how fantastic this location is. The new GM has taken the reigns and is turning it into a first class destination. The staff is incredible, very polite and knowledgeable about the local area and city of Nashville. 24 hour fitness center, 2 pools, restaurant and bar, etc. Our room was incredible, beds were comfortable and anything we needed was given. Highly recommend staying here on your trip to Nashville.
