We booked last minute and the staff was very accommodating helping us fix a mistake we did while doing our reservation. Room was small but comfortable, clean and well organized. The bed was really good as well as water pressure in the shower. Good location if you have a car. Nearest beach parking lot is 4 min away.

Much more affordable compared to beach-side resorts, but this place is still close to the popular beaches and downtown. The pool is nice, and the room is solid. Breakfast leaves something to be desired, as it is just fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, and cold sandwiches. Fresh fruit is nice, but overall, not a great breakfast. There is a place called "Seafood Tacos" right next door, which is a high quality and affordable place. Great option for a bite when near the hotel. No fridge, microwave, or laundry (which really sucked as we wanted to wash swim clothes to reuse for the days in the beach). Staff is very friendly.

No English TV channels except CNN. WiFi / Internet was unreliable and slow. Hot water barely comes, good luck if you want to shower off hours. We cut our 7 day stay down to 1 day only because of these 3 main reasons. Also, bathroom is really tiny, and there is hardly any room for storage because there is no cabinets or closets! Breakfast is limited and basic, when asked in kitchen about eggs, some guy rudely replied there is extra charge? Beds are comfy and facility is overall nice, well kept. In my opinion hotels in Cabo are way overpriced for limited quality / service that comes with it.

Super nice and friendly staff! They are always willing to help! Krystal the front desk manager, was so helpful! Good location: you can access downtown by the public buses (13.5 pesos ~ CAD $1) and 15min walk to the beach!!!!! The hotel is clean, except the bed sheets and the towels ( you see stains on them!!!) Fair breakfast but not continental! There is no window to open in the rooms and no fans in the washrooms! The Internet is so slow!!!

Pretty decent chain hotel to crash on. Comfortable bed, hot shower, good a/c, quiet, free breakfast starts at 6am (no eggs) but a lot of fixings. Big pool I didnt use and gym with the essentials. Located about 5 mins ($5) Uber drive from/to Marina. If you take the bus from the airport, tell the bus driver to drop you off by the cold coconut stand, cross the road under the overpass and walk about 3 minutes to the hotel.

Well the room was quite tidy however the AC wasn't. Its hot in the lobby and in the elevator. It seems like the air conditioning isn't utilized to reduce the energy consumption. And also it was quite sad looking through my window and seeing how careless the affluent is directed towards an inhabited property next to the hotel. Seems like they do not use the city's sewer network. Apart from that the facility looks very modern with very welcoming employees who are very helpful, friendly and nice.

O lugar é lindo, a limpeza é muito boa, o que eu achei muito ruim foi que dizia na embalagem café da manhã incluso e quando desci às 10 da manhã me falaram: não tem nada, só o que resta, em um poucas palavras apenas o que sobrava e não havia nada então, segundo eu na maioria dos restaurantes e hotéis o café da manhã é até as 12h às vezes até 13h hasta

El lugar es bonito la limpieza muy buena , lo que me pareció muy mal fue que decía en el paquete , desayuno incluido y cuando baje a las 10 am, me dijeron : ya no hay nada solo lo que queda , en pocas palabras solo lo que sobra y ya no había nada entonces según yo en la mayoría de los restaurantes y hoteles el desayuno está hasta las 12 PM a veces hasta la 1pm 😐

Jet blue put us up in this hotel since our flight was canceled it was okay except for the fact that they were giving keys to rooms that were already taken someone walked into our room at 11:00 at night and I heard someone complaining about the same thing happening to them in the lobby earlier made me feel very unsafe especially since it happened more than once at the hotel and ended up barricading the door with a suit case and chair would not recommend :(

It's one of the best hotels in town,for outside is not that good or the area ,but when you go inside is lovely the food area the pool is like want to stay there more time very familiar!! .

Spent a week here and wow!!! Amazing customer service, all the workers there are super sweet and amazing. It’s a great spot, about 5 minutes away from all the popular Cabo clubs and beaches. Ride from the SJD airport is about 30ish minutes but it’s worth it when you’re close to everything else! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was great everyday, the pool was super clean, the snack bar next to the pool had amazing food too (chef was awesome)! Would stay here again and would most definitely recommend. Gracias a todos!!!

Very clean,I had a Junior suite is a kind of new hotel so everything is in good shape.Plus the lobby staff very nice.
