“Just an absolute great place for some early morning breakfast. Great tasting food, good portions, at an even better price. It's our family's go to spot when we are in down town Vancouver.
I highly recommend this eatery.”

“So after a long rainy travel day we got to the Pan Pacific and loved the location and easy drop off. Our experience went downhill from there.
There was only one staff member at the check in desk (he did a great job), for some reason one of our bags wasn’t delivered to the room with others, and to top things off there was no room service available (because they were too busy)! With the COVID restrictions that are in place, in room dining was a key factor in us choosing this hotel and to not have it available, on a very rainy Friday night, prompted this review.
The second star was earned because the room was clean, the bell staff were great in tracking down the missing bag, and the room had a bathtub.”

Had a wonderful stay here this weekend. The room was beautiful with a fantastic view of the harbour. The bed was deliciously comfortable and the room was nicely air-conditioned. The staff were all very accommodating and all-in-all, this is a terrific hotel. The pool and spa were also top notch. Highly recommended!

Our honeymoon was a great in this hotel. Spacious room, king size bed and big windows. We enjoyed the pool & Jacuzzi usually quite busy as families can go anytime. We had a big room: whilst the shower pressure could have been better - we enjoyed our honeymoon stay in this luxurious hotel 🏨

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. June 25-26 .The hotel itself is good, I put 5 stars. But in the morning we went to the hotel for breakfast and they brought me a fork, which was very dirty, I unfolded a napkin and was horrified. The fork was not washed very well and there were residues from an egg on it. (yolk from the egg) We asked to change the fork, the server man was sorry and brought another fork. I unfolded the napkin to take the fork and there the fork was dirty again (((((also the yolk from the egg. We asked to change the fork again, but the server man was not satisfied and not even sorry. We will not come to you for breakfast anymore.

Great hotel in a beautiful location. I ended up needing to stay an extra night and to remain in the same room, I had to upgrade. While I understand that our company dropped quite a bit of money there...

For the amount you pay⦠it is not worth it. Parking is an extra $50. Wifi not included. Food is 15% off but thereâs only the pub open which has a very limited menu and not a lot of seating.
