“Un hotel fantástico para ir en familia. Cabe destacar el trato del personal , tanto el de las chicas de la limpieza que siempre iban con una sonrisa y amables, y eso que si trabajo no es nada fácil, como el de los camareros y personal del bar, en especial a Cathy que es maravillosaaa. Volveremos sin duda.”

“I don't think I have ever been to a hotel that was so young family friendly. From the rooms with anti-odour nappy bins, to toys and lots of books.including some Julia Donaldson we've never seen before. They have a kids club for little ones. Plenty of toys and sandpits around the resort. However, for us this wasn't such a stand out as our youngest is 7 and oldest 13. Rooms were good, and we had one with a small private pool, which was very handy as the main pools can get very crowded. There were some minor maintenance issues, such as fan lights where you had to have the light on to have the fan on. Hence I can't give 5 stars, but the space really was good.Service and food was good, bar and restaurant staff in particular were great and very friendly. Our biggest problem was the fact that there was no where to go between eating and evening entertainment. It would be great if there was a separate bar area but I don't think they have room. Essentially the whole pool bar area gets changed for main meal service for the whole period while food is being served. This meant we had to leave our table once eaten (kids won't wait until 8.30 to eat) and then try and find a table for the entertainment for 6 of us while all those that are late just sit where they ate. This became frustrating during the week.Entertainment is a bit "meh" (too many magic shows). That doesn't mean to say acts were without talent but there is only so many times you can see someone juggle while balancing on something. Also the stage isn't very raised so for some large parts of some acts unless you were on the 8 or so tables close to the stage you couldn't see what was happening.Location was good in the fact it was away from the main tourist area in the middle of the Golf Course. If you want to play Golf then the location was great, however it was a family hotel, not a golfer hotel from what I saw. Because you are in the middle of the Golf course it means a long walk or a taxi to get anywhere else (about 25 min walk to nearest decent shops). They do have a bus to the beach and Siam Park.Overall we had a good week, but we wouldn't want to do much more than that if you are going to be largely hotel based. If you have a young family it is excellent, but if your kids demand more then you will need to do trips etc. I took ours to the excellent Karting track nearby. If you dont have kids this may not be the hotel for you but you could still relax for sure.”
