The service was below our expectations; it felt like a badly organised hotel. A long queue for check in, the water spray at the sauna did not work. The breakfast at the level lounge was good and the room was clean but had a constant noise like a washing machine or hoover running all the time.

Stayed for 3 days. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was a class above other hotels in Berlin that cost the same. Fitness center + sauna was a pretty good experience as well. Will choose Melia again next time!

I am very disappointed with my last stay in this hotel, in which I had already stayed in 2018. A deluxe room, very beautiful, but an empty mini bar, not even a bottle of water, and a staff at the reception who finds this normal. Thanks Melia, I won't be back.

Staying at Melia Hotel at present. Whilst well located I wouldn't rave about the hotel itself. We're staying for 3 nights to celebrate a birthday. We couldn't even get a reservation at Tapas Bar on...
