I can’t say enough about the service provided at this property. The concierge and front desk went out of their way to help us at every moment. I stay at Hilton properties weekly across the continent. If Hilton properties provided the same service and great rooms as this one no one would Ever consider otherwise. The restaurant on site also provided a great selection of food and nicely prepared cocktails. The pool area on roof was a little small but very clean and great views. The gym was a perfect size for multiple person working out at once. All the equipment was in great shape. The location is great as well. I couldn’t recommend this property enough to anyone visiting Miraflores.

Fantastic hotel! The front desk team was so helpful with anything we needed - late check out, luggage storage, booking taxis, etc. The rooms are gorgeous with very comfortable beds. There is also a rooftop pool and hot tub that is fantastic! The location is walking distance to many restaurants and the ocean. I could not recommend this hotel more!

This hotel definitely deserves 5 stars!! The hotel is amazing. Everything was excellent, food was delicious but their customer service is what made our stay memorable. From front desk to the staff in the restaurant, they were all just great! Daniel (server) is an incredible person and I give him 6 stars! The rooftop pool was breathtaking and the water temperature perfect for a swim at anytime. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will return on my next stay in Lima :)

This Hilton Hotel is the one of the best Hiltons we have stayed at in the world. Situated in a pleasant district, we easily walked to Tanta restaurant nearby for a wonderful Peruvian lunch. The lobby is beautiful and modern and the welcome we received was gracious. Our room was spotless with bright white bedding and a delightful scent of cleanliness. The bathroom was equally pristine and modern. The tile, the grout, the shower glass, the mirror, the basin were all new and immaculate. We had ample towels that were fluffy and smelled great. The hallways were all clean and newly designed. As diamond members we made extensive use of the executive lounge where we enjoyed wonderful snacks, an effective work space and exemplary service from Denise. To cap it all off, our breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was both stylish and comfortable. The staff were extremely gracious. A+++

This is my 3rd time staying here. First is the convenience. This hotel has everything you need. I always start by having Jorge arrange transportation to pick me up from the airport; it is easily added to my bill. The hotel is in a nice, clean area. SO many options for shopping and restaurants in Miraflores. The rooms are great. Quiet, Clean, enough room, big shower, coffee maker, A LOT of options on TV in English and Spanish. The entire staff is professional and friendly. Every morning for breakfast, the restaurant staff greeted me by name, nice start to my day. I will stay here the next time for sure.

Me encantó el servicio y el hotel desde el momento que crucé la puerta. Lobby cómodo, check in expedito, mucha seguridad, cuartos impecables y el servicio de ama de llaves pareciera que adivina todas tus necesidades. Los salones de juntas cómodos y funcionales. La terraza y la piscina panorámica un "must". ¡Lléven traje de baño! De verdad muy buen hotel.

Ayer desayuno en el Restaurat Social del Hilton en Miraflores. 100% recomendable. Un desayuno diferente a lo usual. Atención muy buena. Recomiendo al Sr Armando que fue proactivo y otorgó excelente atención. Los huevos escalfados en salsa huancaina, los revueltos en salchicha huachipa, el chicharrón de cerdo, las empanadasestupendas sugerencias.. el jugo verde muy bueno.. buen momento para ir en familia ambiente agradable

We arrived at 3am and the staff was quick to meet us curbside with a smile and the dolly for our luggage. They were very courteous and brought my bags all the way into my room. The breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had. French toast, eggs, and the potato pancake were magical. I'm still trying to figure out the secret ingredient! I can't wait to go back and spend more time there.

We have stayed at the Hilton Miraflores at least a dozen times this year, it never fails to impress. Staff are friendly, remember your name and always have a smile. Food is great although i wish they’d bring back their breakfast service the had before the pandemic. Are becoming a little relaxed with tourists not wearing masks but guess that’s happening all over being use to it in their own country.

Hotel pretencioso con tarifas hiperinfladas y un servicio industrializado que debe prohibir pensar a las personas que lo forman. Atención a lo que incluye una tarifa de 250$/noche: Desayuno NO buffet, sino a escoger en una carta. No sé si con la ridícula excusa de la pandemia. Wifi "básico" com "alta velocidad" PAGANDO UN PLUS (en 250$/noche) Habitación igual que en hoteles de otras categorías y mejores precios SIN VASOS en la habitación, ni agua de cortesía. Acceso DE PAGO a un gimnasio de cuatro maquinas y una piscinita.A ver cuando estos gestores de megacadenas se enteran de que cuando alguien se mete en un hotel de estos quiere CERO problemas y CERO estupideces. En Lima no vuelvo a este hotel hasta que la gerencia me escriba para disculparse y regalarme una estancia de dos noches para compensar el cabreo que tengo después de pasar dos días en esta jaula de oro sin personalidad propia.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Nice breakfast. Location is good, maybe 10-minute walk to downtown Miraflores. Elevator is the quietest elevator I have ever been on or seen. It's SILENT. So nice. Staff were helpful with dinner reservations and taxis. Sushi place next door is really good!

Sitio muy confortable muy atentos, estuve preciso cuando la Selección de Perú jugaba su último partido para clasificar al Mundial y pasó, muy animada la hinchada y el Hotel muy organizado en atender esto, así que por supuesto regresaría.. La habitación excelente.. Lo único es que solo hay conexión en la mesa del estudio para quienes no son de Perú si es algo que podría mejorarse o brindar un convertidor de corriente.

Super Cool hotel right in the Mira District. The biggest selling point is the rooftop pool and bar that doesn't disappoint with views of the city. Staff was super friendly and everything was spotless and shiny. I would for sure stay here again.

La atención a los detalles es la caracteristica del hotel.En términos de insfraestructura y atención del personal, es muy recomendable para una escapada de fin de semana, estadia larga, un evento corporativo o la visita al restaurant Social que es parte de sus instalaciones. El Hotel Hilton y su personal nos trataron de maravilla desde el primer momento. Nunca he recibido un servicio tan detallado en mi vida. Mi novia y mi hijo nunca van a olvidar las 2 estancias q tuvimos la alegría de pasar en este hotel.El Hotel en si, es hermoso y acogedor. El Restaurante es estupendo. Los desayunos exquisitos, las cenas igual y los cocktails de misma manera. En el ultimo piso del Hotel esta el Bar con una vista estupenda sobre todo Miraflores. Al otro lado se encuentra la piscina y 2 whirpools con agua temperada. Todo es excesivamente limpio y el personal responsable es muy atento y amigable, ademas de competente. Es hermoso nadar en esa piscina a 30 grados mientras miras Miraflores desde arriba o tomar una buena botella de vino en el Whirlpool mientras ves la caída del sol al fondo del mar.Si desean hacer un poco de deporte, puedes visitar el Gimnasio ubicado también en el ultimo piso del hotel. Es un Gimnasio pequeño pero tiene todo lo que uno necesita para quemar esas calorías q uno adquirió después del desayuno en el Restaurante de la planta baja con terraza.Las habitaciones tienen todo lo q uno espera y son de tamaño grande. También con ventanas de techo a piso y linda vista. Las camas son demasiado cómodas y todo esta decorado de una forma muy elegante, en especial los baños.Como digo el hotel en sí, es hermoso pero lo q realmente hace especial este hotel es su personal y el trato personalizado y alegre q tiene con uno. Desde la entrada me llamaron siempre por mi nombre cada vez q bajaba a la recepción, me acercaba al restaurante o pedia algo en el Bar del techo o en el Whirlpool. Espero poder visitarlos de nuevo muy pronto. No me imagino otras vacaciones en Lima sin el Hilton. Muchas gracias por ello y saludos desde Hamburgo.

I stay in hotels all year around; practically live from hotel to hotel (It’s part of my job). I have stayed in multiple Hilton’s, between 2 and 4 stars hotels, trust me when I say that this Hilton is in the top five hotel for lack of customer service skills. Though some hotels might like the nice appearance (old hotels), or cleanliness, none of them have made me feel unwelcome. When I arrived the security team literally looked at me confused and with an strange look. The security man had to verified 2 times that I was allowed to enter the hotel. And, I say team because after that security man let me in, I experienced the same reaction from the inside security guard. Okay fine, let’s say they are doing it for security, I saw 3 different people walk in but were not treated like my family and I. I don’t want to imply something that’s not but, those 3 people had something in common; they were very light skin and had blond hair (they were not dressed up at all btw), unlike me (black hair and tan skin). Anyhow, discrimination or not, poor customer is not acceptable, specially for the price. Even though I stayed with points, my points were not well spent. I’m giving 2 stars because at least the runners (room delivery crew) and housekeeping were nice and polite. I guess, the service wasn’t worth the money. The hotel was okay. Oh, the hot tub has a nice view though!

Had a great time at the Hilton Miraflores. The service was great. Restaurant had very good food. Executive lounge is closed but they offered a drink and a different food option for each day, food was very good .Pool and hot tub view was awesome, didn't use pool because it was a little chilli but hot tubs we're great. Had a late flight and they held my luggage after I checked out till I had to leave for airport.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel, with an even better staff. They made my family and I feel at home and the fantastic staff in the restaurant, hotel room service, front desk, security and management were the best I have ever worked with. There were numerous events for my small children, and the food was excellent, especially the breakfast (my son recommends the cinnamon rolls!) For reference I have coordinated events and conferences for years at large four and five star hotels all over the Western Hemisphere, and this Hilton by far went above and beyond the rest.Many thanks for everything, and bravo.

Não levanta para nada, eles te servem na mesa , só que o serviço é lento. Então peça tudo de uma vez, os pães que vc achar que vai comer, os frios, tudo de uma vez só, pois é lento mesmo. Os funcionários muito educados, solicitos e prestativos.

As good as it gets, location-wise. Yeah, really. A few blocks southward, and you're vying the Pacific; a few steps up north, Miraflores' downtown. Try the veal here, at the Hilton. Get a nice all-Peruvian buffett, too. At 5 in the winter time come on over for a couple of Suspiro de Limeña just at the side of La Paz, a tree-ridden, broad boulevard-ish street that branches you to Benavides, Balboa, and 28 de julio. Take a walk here, though. Lima is best enjoyed on foot, I think.

Hotel 5 estrellas la atención excelente y si se tratahay mucho orden limpieza y el personal atento a la llegada de cada usuario que ingresé y se retira de sus instalaciones.

My family and I stayed there this year on February, it was the greatest experience ever, the housekeeping staff was awesome!!!! and the staff from the restaurant was also great. You have the best servers and the best customer service at the restaurant and they are Fiorelita, Jose, Armando👏

This hotel was wonderful. Not only was the building well managed and kept super clean, the staff was very accommodating and everyone from the the cleaning staff to the bartenders to the greeter at the door were very friendly. Our rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the rooftop had an amazing view of the city. The only thing I would suggest is a heated pool cause. Even in the early afternoon was chilly but that's just nitpicking at that point. I will definitely be back and you should stay here if you visit Lima!

Muy buen hotel en la mejor zona de Lima. Excelente diseño en las habitaciones y zonas comunes. Tiene muy buen desayuno y una terraza con vista a la costa dónde se puede utilizar la pileta o pedir unos tragos en el bar.

I stayed here at the end of 2019 for a week or so. It was an absolute fantastic experience... they found out it was my birthday and delivered me a cake to my room, which I was blown away. The hospitality was fantastic all around and Michelle in the lounge was fantastic. Will try to make a yearly visit to come back!

Fantastic hotel. I've never been treated so well. My wife and I were staying here in an anniversary, and they did a great deal special for us. Breakfast was wonderful, too. I highly recommend.

A few blocks from the Cliffside, it's in a quiet area that is good for rest but a shirt walk to attractions. Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is decent. It's a bit different since the buffet comes to you (you sit and they bring items on a cart for you to select). But it's a nice hotel worthy of the Hilton name.

Nice stay here at the Hilton. Great for Business meetings. Kind of dark rooms but nice decorated, silent air conditioner, comfy bed. Nice and willing to help staff always looking to be a step ahead on your needs, fast check in and check out.
