Central to the Apex shopping center, that's about the extent of it. I was visiting the area in mid October 2022 and in preparation for fall holidays they were pumping the reception area full of noxious artificial fragrance which was extremely over powering. The room was comfortable except for sound of traffic and the extremely bright lights from the parking lot. There are blackout curtains, but I like to wake up to natural light so I was in a bit of a pickle. The breakfast was good and the standard wifi sufficient for my needs. The hotel is not very well marked and I walked right past the elevator without seeing it. The receptionist wrote down the wrong room sending me on a wild goose chase.”

“Honestly I didn’t expect for my expectations to be met because of other experiences these days at hotels . I’ve been to other embassy suites locations around mass and let me tell you… this is the BEST one to be at. The staff are all VERY friendly VERY professional, VERY helpful, And speedy. There’s hotels you go to and the staff are all mad and moping around, but this staff, down to maintenance, they are all positive , upbeat. I like how they were even talking to each other and laughing with each-other When I walked by the front, it’s nothing but good vibes the whole time we stayed. Breakfast was good, they had great options. The pool and hot tub plus the area around them were cleaned. The room was cleaned well. I overall just appreciate the care that this hotel has and I hope they just keep going up from here. I will definitely be coming back, in fact, I’m booking after this review for a trip coming up. Definitely recommend!! The ONLY thing I didn’t like is one of the guest had a dog in the room”
