“Seems like they are not keeping the place up during COVID-19 ceiling in restroom was rusted. Our trash sat out by the door for 7 or 8 hours practically the whole day while we were in and out.”

“IMPRESSIONADO! Arranjei um quarto aqui durante a recente tempestade de inverno. Mesmo sem energia e água (ambos apenas individualmente) a estadia foi agradável. Os quartos eram amplos, em óptimo estado, muito limpos e com uma disposição funcional (zona comum voltada para o átrio e quarto mais para o interior, ideal para aquecer e sossegar). O motivo da minha análise é a equipe - Levi e Tanner trabalharam o tempo todo! Eles não só administraram sozinhos os hóspedes e as operações, mas também, apesar da situação estressante e dos recursos reduzidos, permaneceram calmos e corteses em todos os momentos! Eu realmente espero que eles tenham sido reconhecidos por seu serviço acima e além. Com base nessa interação, recomendo fortemente o Embassy Suites e estou ansioso para experimentá-los novamente.”
