“Me quedo aquí debido a múltiples citas en Mayo. Es un buen hotel... en la superficie. El recepcionista no es el más amable. La habitación se limpia cada SIETE días. Y el horario del restaurante/cafetería se reduce drásticamente. Con todas estas reducciones en el servicio, asumo que han reducido su personal, pero mi factura aumenta cada vez que me registro. Se están aprovechando de mí. Ah, y estamos al lado de la lavandería que nos despierta todas las mañanas a las 5. ¿Qué me dan mis 150 dólares por noche? No mucho más de lo que ofrece el motel 6. Motel 6 en realidad limpia las habitaciones todos los días. Me quedaré en otro lugar.”

“Attention to detail is everything.. The room I had was poorly cleaned. This place had high reviews on Hotels.com so i expected better. There were smudge marks all over the coffee table, desk, end tables... its like those weren't even cleaned. There was hair in the soap tray & smudges on the bathroom mirror. I could tell they hadn't been touched as i got a wet wash cloth and wiped the coffee table down and it was much cleaner afterwards. Bed sheets were very scratchy. The clock was also unplugged when I arrived. The TV is very tiny. I didn't care but I figured its worth noting. Also what happened to the 4th canvas on the wall? lol (See photos)A few positives: Front desk staff was wonderful, very friendly. Mattress was comfortable. Hotel location was very quiet and safe. 10 minutes down the road from several restaurants.”
