Excelente atención. Desayuno completo, habitación cómoda. Respetan protocolos covid y genial la ubicación para estar estar en tránsito y continuar el viaje.

There is nothing uglier as a tourist than feeling ripped off. This is how they have made us feel in this establishment. They should be ashamed. The only benefit of this hotel is that it is located at the airport. We have made a reservation of € 85 and have been charged € 110 for using an abusive exchange rate. They work for the tourism sector, but they take advantage of you when they have the opportunity and, obviously, they do not listen to complaints. A hotel that cannot be trusted. I strongly advise against it, go alone if you have no other option.

Viemos na Sala Vip patrocinada pela Loungekey. A experiência foi ruim, a comida muito simples e os preços simplesmente nas alturas. Sem contar que minha esposa disse que o banheiro feminino estava impossível de usar.

Atendimento grosseiro Com um voucher de 400 reais, fiz o checkin aonde me foi dito que eu poderia gastar no bar e restaurante. Encontrei um restaurante sujo, mesas com pratos pra tirar. Demorou 20 minutos pra um rapaz chamado Eduardo nos atender, disse q o bar estava fechando pois só estavam em 2 pessoas e estavam dando o melhor. Local quase q vazio. Trouxeram um prato sem talheres e minha esposa perguntou com toda educação e o Eduardo grosseiramente disse, pega na mesa. Sai do local, reclamei na recepção e o Eduardo, não satisfeito disse alto no meio do restaurante que eu devia me retirar… absurdo.

Péssimo atendimento do garçom, comida ruim, cheguei com minha família com voucher para a sala q tinha opção jantar ou bar… meu marido pediu bar e garçom disse q estava fechado… logo em seguida estavam servindo no bar para outra pessoa… fui tentar uma sopa (sem opção/ resto) , indicava sopa vegana e era de linguiça… péssima estadia… não indico infelizmente. Comida era a la carte… prato chegou sem talheres… pedi ao garçom que me disse para eu pegar… deixei o prato esfriando na mesa e fui buscar… piada… meu marido solicitou o estorno do voucher pois era melhor ser atendido em outro lugar…

Estive durante 4 horas durante o jantar através do LoungeKey, equipe muito prestativa e educada, apresentei meu cartão e me deram um voucher de $100 ou a opção de se servir no self service (foi o que optamos). Nesta valor está incluído entrada (2 opções de sopa), prato principal (carne e frango), sobremesa (diversas e uma delícia) e suco natural a vontade (ou uma lata de refri). Tudo muito gostoso, ambiente agradável, internet gratuita, banheiro limpa, boa área para descanso e uma linda área para fumantes. Super indico, funcionários nota 10!

I didn't stay in this hotel but is been so difficult to contact them! I'm trying to cancel my booking and is taken ages I already got a fast reply from booking.com that's is waiting for and answer from this hotel. Hopefully you could read this soon Thanks you very much.

I had a great stay here, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent! Would definitely stay here again. Yes it is a bit pricey for what it is but you are paying for the convenience of not having to go out of the airport, so overall can't complain

Solo sirve si ya pasaste seguridad del aeropuerto, oses si hiciste el check in. Los teléfonos que tienen en Internet no funcionan llamando desde un teléfono con línea del exterior

Preço ubusivo aproveitando o facto de o aeroporto de Guarulhos (que lida com pessoas de todo o mundo) não ter área para fumantes, me cobraram 25€ (sim, euros, 125 reais, na conversão actual) para utilizar a única área para fumantes dentro do espaço (já na área de embarques) do aeroporto de guarulhos, embarques internacionais, enfim, como ia passar 22 horas dentro de um avião era a minha única hipótese.

El hotel está muy bueno,limpio todo y muy amables las personas que trabajan ahí,lo único que no me gustó es las comidas porque no tienes opciones para escoger y en la carta cuando eliges una cosa no puedes elegir otra. Pero por lo demás todo bien

nothing can be better in this hard times to fly than a welcoming service like the crew of the Tryp hotel at the Airport. The whole reception and concierge team was amazing, i am 82 years old and we had problems with the reservation due Airline issues and they kept my booking for the same price I reserved with the agency. Already there they contacted my son to let him know that I was there already and everything was ok.\ The concierge team was attentive and helpful and even one of the gentleman called Igor helped me even to go to buy food for diner(something that they don't need to do as employees) chapeau to Igor for hisdedication to the guests and affect to deal with the customers. thanks Tryp hotel and crew for your hospitality, definitely I recommend this place for your stay at the airport.

Precisei cancelar a reserva porque o hotel fica apos a imigração, ou seja, voce so entra com cartao de embarque internacional. Como o checkin da Qatar devido ao covid é so presencial so posso acessar o hotel em um horário próximo do voo o que nao justifica a hospedagem. Precisam informar isto as empresas como a minha que fazem a reserva e nao sabem a localização exata do hotel e condições pra fazer check in no mesmo.

The garden is the only smoking place in Sao Paulo airport. So if you are not staying in this hotel, i heard you need to pay to smoke here. I'm not sure because both time i sleep in this hotel. You need to ask for room with windows. The meal they provide is good. They also sale cigi in the resto. Rest nothing much to do. Enough for resting and refresh while waiting your next flight. People are friendly.

Terrible hotel. Rooms are tiny, with no fridge, closet, or even a coat hangar or iron. Not even a plastic cup or glass provided. The only upside is that it seems clean enough. I will not be staying...
