It is absolutely disgusting I wish I saw these reviews before staying however thought it would be amazing judging by the photos they used for advertising! We was told this is a 4* hotel! BULL****! We had mouldy dirty bed base! Disgusting head board! Horrible smell, damp bathroom, walls filthy, foot prints half way up the wall! Dust everywhere all over wardrobe couldn't put clothes on it! Ask to move rooms and they couldn't offer us an alternative, the reception guy knew it was disguting as he agreed with us! we tried so hard to find another accommodation at such short notice unfortunately we couldn't and had no choice than to stay at that s***hole or on the streets it was! It's a shame I can't add photos! DO NOT USE!”

NÃO USE! Não daria nem 1 estrela!É absolutamente nojento eu gostaria de ter visto esses comentários antes de ficar, no entanto, pensei que seria incrível a julgar pelas fotos que eles usaram para publicidade! Foi-nos dito que este é um hotel de 4 estrelas! TOURO****! Tivemos base de cama sujo mofado! Cabeceira nojenta! Cheiro horrível, banheiro úmido, paredes sujas, pegadas na metade da parede! Poeira em todo o guarda-roupa não poderia colocar roupas nele! Peça para mudar de quarto e eles não puderam nos oferecer uma alternativa, o cara da recepção sabia que era nojento, pois concordou conosco! tentamos tanto encontrar outra acomodação em tão pouco tempo, infelizmente, não pudemos e não tivemos escolha a não ser ficar naquele buraco ou nas ruas que era! É uma pena que eu não posso adicionar fotos! NÃO USE!

A spider, nails in the bathtub, traces of a fight on the walls.... Welcome to the haunted house version. A smell of illicit substance in the hotel entrance. With of course a very unpleasant welcome. If I can save you from killing your evening run away!!!

A TV não funcionava corretamente, o sinal era muito ruim, tornava impossível assistir. Ácaros na área de café da manhã no prato de sachês de café. Não estava limpo, o banheiro não estava limpo, parecia que não havia sido preparado para a chegada. Sem telefone no quarto, para pedir ajuda. Muitos passos. Sem elevador. O único positivo é que fica perto de lojas, teatro e metrô

TV didn't work properly, signal very poor, made it unwatchable. Mites in the breakfast area on plate of coffee sachets. Wasn't clean, bathroom wasn't clean, looked like it had not been prepared for arrival. No telephone in the room, to call for help. Lots of steps. No lift.
Only positive is, it's close to shops, theatre and underground

EVITAR!! É absolutamente nojento! Solicitado a mudar de quarto - nenhuma ajuda pediu um ventilador extra, pois estava tão quente no quarto - não chegou. Planejamos ficar 2 noites, mas fizemos o check-out após a primeira noite. Eu nunca experimentei um hotel tão mal conservado que cheirasse e era óbvio que não havia sido limpo entre os clientes.

Depois de ver os outros comentários, fiquei nervoso com essa propriedade que meu colega havia reservado! Talvez eu tenha tido sorte, mas meu quarto estava bem, sem queixas. Tínhamos 4 quartos reservados e nenhum dos meus colegas também tinha reclamações. Meu quarto era limpo, não muito pequeno, tudo o que precisávamos. Não há elevador na propriedade e a escada é estreita, mas os recepcionistas ajudarão com a bagagem (se não saírem por 10 minutos). Não é uma experiência de 5 estrelas por qualquer meio, mas bom valor ao dinheiro, e não se deixe levar pelos outros comentários.

¡Después de mirar las otras reseñas, estaba nervioso por esta propiedad que mi colega había reservado! Tal vez solo tuve suerte, pero mi habitación estaba bien, no tengo quejas. Teníamos 4 habitaciones reservadas y ninguno de mis colegas tuvo quejas tampoco. Mi habitación estaba limpia, no demasiado pequeña, todo lo que necesitábamos. No hay ascensor en la propiedad y la escalera es estrecha, pero los recepcionistas ayudarán con el equipaje (si no han salido durante 10 minutos). No es una experiencia de 5 estrellas de ninguna manera, pero tiene una buena relación calidad-precio, y no te dejes desanimar por las otras reseñas.

AVOID!! It’s Absolutely disgusting! Asked to change room - no help asked for extra fan as it was so hot in room - didn’t arrive. We planned to stay 2 nights but checked out after first night. I have never experienced such a poorly kept hotel it smelt and was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned between customers.

After looking at the other reviews I was nervous about this property that my colleague had booked! Maybe I just got lucky, but my room was just fine, no complaints. We had 4 rooms booked and none of my colleagues had complaints either. My room was clean, not too small, everything we needed. There's no lift at the property and the stairwell is narrow, but the receptionists will help with luggage (if they haven't stepped out for 10 minutes). Not a 5-star experience by any means, but good value for the money, and don't be put off by the other reviews.

Estuvimos en este hotel del 6 al 9 de mayo 2022, el hotel más cutre que hemos estado, la tele con una capa de polvo, además no funciono ningún día, los dijimos dos veces, no hicieron ninguna intención de arreglarla, fatal la atención. El horno con una costra de suciedad increíble, los muebles de la cocina llenos de grasa y dedos. Y por supuesto las fotos no tienen nada pero nada que ver, el colchón muy mal estado. No merece ni una estrella.

This is not a hotel by any stretch of the imagination, and the pictures they use on their website are not true to these budget rooms. Shower was blocked and coffee mugs stained. As its on the road side, I was awake from 4am when the traffic started flowing, so we just got up amd left early

Un hotel que no cumple los estandares basicos occidentales. Lo vi en las fotos y parecía ok pero No, es desagradable. Olor a encerrado, cigarrillos abajo de la cama, el colchón hundido en el medio, las cortinas no se abren, el televisor no tiene control remoto. Me queje por el olor y me dieron un desodorante. Pensaba quedarme por 7 noches pero dormí 1 sola noche y me cambié a la mañana siguiente al hotel de al lado. En la pagina le dan 2 o 3 estrellas pero no alcanza ni a una.

Estou enojado com este quarto. O suporte para segurar a haste do chuveiro estava quebrado, então foi colocado apenas nas alças do chuveiro. A temperatura da água estava quebrada, então o chuveiro estava escaldante. Sem telefone no quarto para ligar para a recepção. As paredes são finas como papel. Pensei que meu vizinho estava entrando no meu quarto. As telhas do piso estão quebradas, os móveis estão manchados, rachados e descascando. Nenhum colchão na cama, apenas um lençol fino colocado em cima. A janela estava quebrada e não abria, então estava muito quente. Nunca vou ficar aqui novamente.

I am disgusted by this room. The mount to hold the shower rod was broken so it was just laid on the shower handles. Water temp was broken so shower was scalding. No phone in room to even call front desk. Walls are paper thin. Thought my next door neighbor was coming into my room. Floor tiles are broken, furniture is stained, cracked and peeling. No mattress pad on bed, just a thin sheet laid on top. Window was broken and wouldn’t open so it was very hot. Will never stay here again.

Cheaply priced apartment in decent location for The Apollo. Everything required available here (small kitchen, fridge etc). Shower head broken though.A strong unpleasant smell present during my stay, after opening the windows eventually disappeared. Even with all windows open during winter time the temperature was very high.Would probably return but be armed with Febreze on next visit. 🤪Most importantly, and annoyingly. The company took TWO security deposits and took a MONTH to reimburse. Shocking.

Ubicación excelente. Limpieza deficiente,almohadas de relleno de gomaespuma,no cafetera,no tostador,poca limpieza sobre todo para los tiempos que corren, conserjes muy agradables y atentos, pero podría mejorar mucho con la limpieza y cuatro detalles. Estropajo usado,no trapo de cocina,vitro sucia y ajada,en resumen, mal para poder desayunar. Todo depende ya de tu nivel de exigencia,para pasar tres/cuatro días puede valer,de precio no va mal, pero.....

Sitio regular. No volveré. Las habitaciones mal acondicionadas y los chicos de recepción pese a ser muy agradables tampoco pueden hacer mucho. Sitio muy dejado. Justo al lado hay otro hotel muchísimo mejor y más o menos mismo precio. Zona buenísima y muy bien comunicada. La zona es excelente.

Stayed here for 2 nights as we wanted somewhere close to the Eventim Apollo to watch Sister Act. Its about a 5 min walk and close to bars, shops / restaurants etc.. the tube is also near by...
